背景技术
当塔筒通过海上运输到风场，必须保证塔段稳定性。目前,在风力发电风塔海上运输过程中，由于海上运输时间较长，且海上状况多样性，塔筒在海上运输过程当中得不到充分的保护。
实用新型内容
为解决以上问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种塔筒分体运输的海运托架，可以较好的解决上述问题。
本实用新型提供的技术方案如下：
一种塔筒分体运输的海运托架，包含连接架，其特征在于：所述连接架前后两端各设有一片定位板，所述两片定位板之间设有定位杆和定位块，所述定位杆设于定位块斜下方；所述定位板上方设有与塔筒外侧法兰孔相对应的定位孔，所述定位孔位于定位杆和定位块的上方；所述定位板左右两端各设有两个相对称的U形槽，所述相对称的U形槽之间设有若干个定位孔。
从上述描述可知，本实用新型的优点在于：本实用新型将定位板之间的脚底板改为定位杆和具有斜面的定位块，可以为塔段提供较多的受力点，分散塔段低端的重力压力；其次改变传统两个U形槽的设置情况，现设置4个U形槽，可以更好的分散塔筒运至风场起吊时的受力点，方便起吊，进一步保证塔筒在起吊中不大面积变形。因此本实用新型有效的固定塔段，提高了安全性，并且控制了塔段的变形量。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一种最基本的实施例，如图1、2所示，一种塔筒分体运输的海运托架，包含连接架1，所述连接架1前后两端各设有一片定位板2，所述两片定位板2之间设有定位杆4和定位块3，所述定位杆4设于定位块3斜下方；所述定位板2上方设有与塔筒外侧法兰孔相对应的定位孔5，所述定位孔5位于定位杆4和定位块3的上方；所述定位板2左右两端各设有两个相对称的U形槽6，所述相对称的U形槽6之间设有若干个定位孔5。
本实用新型将定位板2之间的脚底板改为定位杆4和具有斜面的定位块3，可以为塔段提供较多的受力点，分散塔段低端的重力压力；其次改变传统两个U形槽6的设置情况，现设置4个U形槽6，可以更好的分散塔筒运至风场起吊时的受力点，方便起吊，进一步保证塔筒在起吊中不会大面积变形。有效的固定塔段，提高了安全性，并且控制了塔段的变形量。
