技术领域
 本实用新型涉及机械制造中小孔径及内孔凹槽测量的精密量具。具体地说是测微卡规。
背景技术
现机械制造中小孔径工件内孔及内孔凹槽尺寸测量时,用卡钳测量后从内孔中取出,用千分尺校对卡爪尺寸。在卡钳测量后从内孔取出过程中因卡爪与孔壁刮碰产生测量误差,不能保证测量尺寸精度。
发明内容
为了克服现有卡规存在的缺点,本实用新型提供了测微卡规。该卡规通过,解决保证测量精度的技术问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
通过连接螺钉安装有相互对称的卡规,卡规下部设有相互向外朝向的卡爪,在两侧卡规中下部之间通过紧固螺母穿有调整螺钉,在两侧卡规中上部穿有微调螺杆,微调螺杆一端安装有百分表。
积极效果,本实用新型能够测量小孔内径,无摩擦,测量精度高,结构简单,操作灵活方便。适宜作为测量小孔尺寸的卡规应用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,通过连接螺钉3安装有相互对称的卡规2,卡规下部设有相互向外朝向的卡爪1,在两侧卡规中下部之间通过紧固螺母5穿有调整螺钉4,在两侧卡规中上部穿有微调螺杆6,微调螺杆一端安装有百分表7。
测微卡规的卡爪圆弧光滑无棱角,可以结合工件实际尺寸更换相对应的卡爪。
卡规通过连接螺钉连接,调整螺杆可调整卡规张度大小。
微调螺杆与外径百分表的螺旋及刻度部分相同,依据需测量工件尺寸调整,使百分表测头与微调螺杆对应接触,得到准确量值。
测微卡规由两侧卡规靠连接螺钉连接而成,连接后,通过调整螺杆调整卡规张度,恢复到测量后百分表读数对应数值,这时用千分尺测量两个卡爪的距离,即为内孔直径。
