多功能带表卡尺
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种多功能带表卡尺。
背景技术
[0002] 由于企业的快速发展,市场现有的一些通用的量检具,满足不了企业产品多样化的检测需求。针对产品的多样化、复杂化,还要求检测方便快捷,如内孔尺寸直径在35mm以上一些产品的内外孔带槽的产品,槽宽在1.5mm以上尺寸,内外孔槽底直径尺寸,内外孔花键M值尺寸,及内孔花键的上口尺寸和下口尺寸锥度的差是多少。而现有的检具一般都只能检测一种产品的尺寸,即只有一个功能,不能同时具备多项功能。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型提供了一种操作方便、读数准确、适用范围广的多功能带表卡尺。

[0005] 多功能带表卡尺,其特征在于:包括由主尺和副尺组成的卡尺,所述主尺的前端安装有固定本体,所述副尺的卡套端面上固定有固定杆,所述主尺上在固定本体的安装位置与固定杆的安装位置之间安装有可摆动的摆动杆,所述固定杆和摆动杆的下端部均连接有测头;所述固定本体上端安装有千分表,所述千分表的测量触头与摆动杆的上端接触连接,所述固定本体上在千分表安装位置的相对位置下方安装有确定摆动杆位置的顶轴销机构。
[0006] 进一步,所述固定本体上在千分表安装位置的下方安装有限制摆动杆位置的限位调节螺钉。限位调节螺钉有效控制千分表压缩过量造成的检测尺寸变动。
[0007] 进一步,所述固定本体的两相对面上对称地开设有从上到下分布的千分表安装孔、限位调节螺钉安装孔、顶轴销机构安装孔。保证了一把尺上既能检测内孔尺寸又能检测外孔尺寸。
[0008] 进一步,所述摆动杆通过控制其摆动灵活稳定性的平面轴承和圆柱轴承安装在主尺上。
[0009] 进一步,所述千分表套装在固定套内并通过锁紧螺钉固定,所述固定套安装在固定本体的千分表安装孔内并通过六角螺钉锁紧在固定本体内。
[0010] 进一步,所述顶轴销机构包括一安装在固定本体的顶轴销机构安装孔内的连接螺钉,所述连接螺钉内安装有可移动的顶轴销,所述顶轴销与连接螺钉之间安装有压簧。

[0012] 进一步,所述测头通过测头锁紧螺钉可更换的分别安装在摆动杆和固定杆的下端部上。
[0013] 本实用新型利用了杠杆的摆动的原理,考虑到检测调整距离的方便,采用了卡尺的主尺和副尺可以滑动调节长度的原理,固定本体固定在主尺的端部,固定本体上各安装孔均采用对称方法,主要是保证能在一把尺上完成检测内孔和外圆形状尺寸。根据产品总体考虑,把摆动杆、固定杆的长度加长到一个合适的长度尺寸满足检测需要。并在主尺合适位置上加工了可以放平面轴承和圆柱轴承定位孔,把摆动杆固定在主尺上,主要是控制摆动杆的灵活稳定性。而固定杆由两个螺钉固定在副尺的卡套端面上,要控制摆动杆和固定杆上的安装测头标准孔的同心度、与两杆的垂直度一致。测头的选择可根据检测产品的形状来选择或制定检测测头。
[0014] 本实用新型是一种用校对尺寸方法的检测量具。卡尺的尺寸距离的调整可根据压表量的多少合适来定,一般千分表压表量为15丝和20丝之间,校对好后锁紧主尺上的副尺并把千分表指针复位到零便可检测。
[0015] 检测内孔时,使用时右手握住固定本体,左手拇指和食指捏住卡尺的端部,测量时先将摆动杆上的测头放入工件端部使顶轴销机构的顶轴销压缩在将摆动杆的测头放入位置,确定摆动杆的位置,端平本实用新型所述的多功能带表卡尺,摆动杆和固定杆上的测头放到测量部位,左手固定不动,右手可上下移动和左右移动根据千分表压缩伸展,通过指针的移动过度找到最高点就可判断尺寸。为防止千分表压过量使千分表变动影响尺寸的正确性,特安装了一个限位调节螺钉限制摆动杆位置,有效控制千分表压缩过量造成检测尺寸变动。测头可根据产品测量部位的形状,来选择或制作测头的形状来满足所测量的需求。更换测头只要松动摆动杆上和固定杆上的测头锁紧螺钉即可拿出两端测头或更换测头。如测量M值尺寸可根据计算出来的测头直径和M值尺寸的多少,用千分尺来校对多功能带表卡尺的两个圆球测头两端直径尺寸,可根据M值尺寸的大小来移动调节副尺的距离。
[0016] 测量外圆形状的尺寸时,可松动六角螺钉把千分表移位到固定主体上左侧位置的千分表安装孔内,把顶轴销机构移位到右侧位置的顶轴销机构安装孔内,两测头调整安装在摆动杆和固定杆的下端部内侧,锁紧测头锁紧螺钉便可用于检测外圆的各部尺寸。

1.多功能带表卡尺,其特征在于:包括由主尺和副尺组成的卡尺,所述主尺的前端安装有固定本体,所述副尺的卡套端面上固定有固定杆,所述主尺上在固定本体的安装位置与固定杆的安装位置之间安装有可摆动的摆动杆,所述固定杆和摆动杆的下端部均连接有测头;所述固定本体上端安装有千分表,所述千分表的测量触头与摆动杆的上端接触连接,所述固定本体上在千分表安装位置的相对位置下方安装有确定摆动杆位置的顶轴销机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能带表卡尺,其特征在于:所述固定本体上在千分表安装位置的下方安装有限制摆动杆位置的限位调节螺钉。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能带表卡尺,其特征在于:所述固定本体的两相对面上对称地开设有从上到下分布的千分表安装孔、限位调节螺钉安装孔、顶轴销机构安装孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多功能带表卡尺,其特征在于:所述摆动杆通过控制其摆动灵活稳定性的平面轴承和圆柱轴承安装在主尺上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多功能带表卡尺,其特征在于:所述千分表套装在固定套内并通过锁紧螺钉固定,所述固定套安装在固定本体的千分表安装孔内并通过六角螺钉锁紧在固定本体内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的多功能带表卡尺,其特征在于:所述顶轴销机构包括一安装在固定本体的顶轴销机构安装孔内的连接螺钉,所述连接螺钉内安装有可移动的顶轴销,所述顶轴销与连接螺钉之间安装有压簧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的多功能带表卡尺,其特征在于:所述固定本体通过螺钉和固定销安装在主尺的端部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的多功能带表卡尺,其特征在于:所述测头通过测头锁紧螺钉可更换的分别安装在摆动杆和固定杆的下端部上。
