本发明涉及船舶运输技术领域,特别涉及压载水发电设备。
背景技术
压载水是指为控制船舶纵倾、横倾、吃水、稳性或应力而在船上加装的水及其悬浮物,船舶中常用的压载水就是海水。压载水系统的作用是将压载水注入压载水舱或自压载水舱排出压载水,从而达到船舶在航行、进出港、装卸和停泊等不同的工况时,保持恰当的排水量、吃水、船体纵向和横向的平衡的目的,以便维持适当的稳心高度,减小船体过大的弯曲力矩和剪切力减轻船体的振动。
运输船舶都设置有压载水舱,每个水舱都设置有进水阀和排水阀。打开进水阀,关闭排水阀,让海水进入压载水舱,船舶重量就会增加,重心就会变化。关闭进水阀,打开排水阀,再用高压空气将压载水舱中的海水排出去,船舶重量相较减小,浮力增大,重心同样会发生变化。船舶运输过程中,经常需要调节压载水舱中压载水的进出。在压载水的不断流入排出的过程中,压载水并没有起到其他作用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供压载水发电设备,能够利用压载水的进入和排出进行发电,具有设计简单、绿色环保的特点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
压载水发电设备,包括涡轮发电装置1和蓄电装置,所述涡轮发电装置安装在进水阀和排水阀口,所述蓄电装置安装在船舱内,所述涡轮发电装置和蓄电装置电连接。
本发明的工作原理为:
安装在进水阀和排水阀口涡轮发电装置,利用流入和流出压载水舱的压载水的流动进行发电,电能被传输给蓄电装置进行储存,以便为船舱的电器提供部分电能。
