技术领域：
一种设扰流翅片的反应釜搅拌器，适用于反应釜领域，尤其适用于固液非均相反应釜。
背景技术：
传统的反应釜搅拌器有锚形、螺旋形、桨形，在一些需要快速反应的场合，如水相白炭黑，合成等，由于反应时间短，物料在反应釜内，固、液两相必须迅速混合，传统的搅拌器由于表面光滑，无法在短时间内使固、液在较小的微相内混合。
发明内容；
为提高固液两相混合效率，促进非均相反应釜合成效果，特提出一种设扰流翅片的反应釜搅拌器，其主要结构是：在传统的搅拌器表面设扰流翅片，所述扰流翅片可为条形、棱形、扇形、柱形，所述扰流翅片设于搅拌器外缘。
本结构的优势在于，可提高固液非均相反应效率。

具体实施方式：
如附图2所示，在传统反应釜(1)内设搅拌器(2)，所述的搅拌器(2)表面设扰流翅片(3)，所述扰流翅片(3)可为条形、棱形、扇形、柱形，所述扰流翅片设于搅拌器(2)外缘。
本结构的优势在于，可提高固液非均相反应效率。
