Abstract

无线调温手套，这种手套作为机动车驾驶员也可作为装有直流小电机的自行车使用者冬天驾车御寒之用。它由低压电热丝、双色发光二极管、调温触点组成。当驾驶员握住把手发动机器时，机动车的电机或蓄电池通过把手上的金属片与本手套内部电路接通，使之发热达到取暖目的。由于手套外部上没有导线、插头、插座，所以使用非常方便。

Description

本发明属于机动车驾驶员用的电暖手套，更确切地说是利用机动车直流发电机发出的电，通过把手上的金属片与手套上的触点接触以连接电路、产生热量的电暖装置。据查目前国内外机动车上尚未有这种手套。
由于机动车高速行驶，热量散发快，因此驾驶员冬天驾驶车辆时，手常被冻得麻木，北方更甚。如按常规电暖手套的制作方法，需用导线通过插头；插头连接起来，使用非常不方便。本发明是在电暖手套上按装三个触点，使其与把手上的金属片相接触、机动车上的电源接通，使电热丝发热，达到取暖目的；在手套背部装有调温指示灯，使驾驶员能清晰地观察到手套电路的通断及温度的高低情况。附图系本发明的外形图及电路原理图。
本发明手套内层缝上低压电热丝〔4〕，电热丝〔4〕两端分别与触点〔1〕、〔2〕连接，电热丝〔4〕中端与触点〔3〕连接。双色发光二极管〔5〕负极，通过限流电阻〔6〕与触点〔1〕相连。双色发光二极管〔5〕正极分别与触点〔2〕、〔3〕相连接。由于在把手〔9〕上装有金属片〔10〕、〔11〕，通过导线〔12〕接到机动车上的发电机或蓄电池上。当驾驶员双手握住把手〔9〕时，触点〔1〕〔2〕即能与金属片〔10〕〔11〕紧密结合，手套内电热丝〔4〕即能导电发热，达到取暖作用。双色发光二极管〔5〕也随之接通。发出绿光。当触点〔3〕与金属片〔11〕接触时，就能使手套内温度提高，双色发光二极管〔5〕便发出红光。
本发明由于无导线与手套直接连接，所以使用调温方便，并由于装有双色发光二极管〔5〕便于观察电路的通断及温度高低情况。

1、一种机动车调温电暖手套，其特征是手套内的低压电热丝通过手套上的几个触点与把手上的金属片相接触而接通电源。
2、根据权利要求1、所述的调温电暖手套，特征在于其手套上有发光指示装置，以示温度高低。
3、根据权利要求1、所述的调温电暖手套，其特征在于调温方法是通过手套上不同触点与把手上的金属片接触而完成的。
