在纸张印刷(例如烟用接装纸)、复合铝箔纸生产过程中纸张、铝箔经常出现横向起折现象，给生产带来很大的浪费，分析纸张横向起折的原因，主要因为纸张和铝箔横向两边松紧度有出入，在印刷或复合过程中，纸张经过导辊时由于张力和摩擦力的作用，致使纸张单边松弛，经印版时将松弛一边压起褶皱。
目前在这类包装纸的制备过程中都是采用复合技术进行纸张层之间的复合，使其具有良好的阻隔性能，现有的复合机在采购之后都需要进行改进才能符合实际生产，提高工作效率。

所述蜡液放置槽上沿口出设有一溢流槽口，在蜡液放置槽内蜡液过多时可以从溢流槽口中流出，防止涂蜡辊上沾上较多的蜡液，对蜡液也造成浪费。
所述定位板上端面为一光滑的弧形面，该弧形面能够贴合在加热辊表面，防止对包装纸造成划伤。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，设计新颖，通过在传统复合机上增加一定位机构，能够更好的完成对包装纸的复合涂蜡工艺，提高包装纸质量，降低废品率。

蜡液放置槽4上沿口出设有一溢流槽口8，在蜡液放置槽4内蜡液过多时可以从溢流槽口8中流出，防止涂蜡辊3上沾上较多的蜡液，对蜡液也造成浪费。定位板7上端面为一光滑的弧形面，该弧形面能够贴合在加热辊表面，防止对包装纸造成划伤。
