Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种三辊擦胶机，包括两辊定型机的机架、上定型辊筒，下定型辊筒，在上定型辊筒的上方设有擦贴合胶辊筒，在上定型辊筒与下定型辊筒的进料端为胶料入口，在上定型辊筒与擦贴合胶辊筒的进料端为固体粘合剂入口。本实用新型对现有的双辊定型机进行改进，增加了擦贴合胶辊筒，使固体粘合剂能在胶片的定型加工中被一次性压贴在胶片表面，便于后续加工的进行，而且能降低硫化后容易出现的质量问题，不仅降低了生产成本，而且生产工艺也得到简化，对环保也非常有利。本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，对操作工的培训简单。

本实用新型涉及机械领域，尤其是一种三辊擦胶机。
背景技术
目前，在胶鞋生产过程中，需要进行压延定型，然后按照现有设备加工的胶鞋，在硫化后容易产生花边离边和海绵气泡等质量问题。为了解决上述问题，只能通过使用胶水去粘贴出现质量问题的地方。而如果通过大量的胶水粘贴，则必然导致环保问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种三辊擦胶机，它减少了硫化后容易产生的质量问题，降低了生产成本，生产工艺也得到简化。
本实用新型是这样实现的：三辊擦胶机，包括两辊定型机的机架、上定型辊筒，下定型辊筒，在上定型辊筒的上方设有擦贴合胶辊筒，在上定型辊筒与下定型辊筒的进料端为胶料入口，在上定型辊筒与擦贴合胶辊筒的进料端为固体粘合剂入口。
所述的上定型辊筒为固定结构，擦贴合胶辊筒与上定型辊筒的辊距可调，下定型辊筒与上定型辊筒的辊距可调。
由于采用了上述技术方案，与现有技术相比，本实用新型对现有的双辊定型机进行改进，增加了擦贴合胶辊筒，使固体粘合剂能在胶片的定型加工中被一次性压贴在胶片表面，便于后续加工的进行，而且能降低硫化后容易出现的质量问题，不仅降低了生产成本，而且生产工艺也得到简化，对环保也非常有利。本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，对操作工的培训简单。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例：三辊擦胶机，包括两辊定型机的机架1、上定型辊筒2，下定型辊筒3，在上定型辊筒2的上方设有擦贴合胶辊筒4，在上定型辊筒2与下定型辊筒3的进料端为胶料入口5，在上定型辊筒2与擦贴合胶辊筒4的进料端为固体粘合剂入口6；所述的上定型辊筒2为固定结构，擦贴合胶辊筒4与上定型辊筒2的辊距可调，下定型辊筒3与上定型辊筒2的辊距可调。
在使用过程中，制作好的固体粘合剂从固体粘合剂入口6进入，经过上定型辊筒2与擦贴合胶辊筒4被压成薄片装，再与待压延定型的胶料一同从胶料入口5进入，经上定型辊筒2与下定型辊筒3被压延定型。

1.一种三辊擦胶机，包括两辊定型机的机架(1)、上定型辊筒(2)，下定型辊筒(3)，其特许在于：在上定型辊筒(2)的上方设有擦贴合胶辊筒(4)，在上定型辊筒(2)与下定型辊筒(3)的进料端为胶料入口(5)，在上定型辊筒(2)与擦贴合胶辊筒(4)的进料端为固体粘合剂入口(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三辊擦胶机，其特许在于：所述的上定型辊筒(2)为固定结构，擦贴合胶辊筒(4)与上定型辊筒(2)的辊距可调，下定型辊筒(3)与上定型辊筒(2)的辊距可调。
