本实用新型提供一种带有太阳能板的车道通行信号灯,包括底座、托架、信号机箱、电源转换器、太阳能板及蓄电池;其中所述托架为中空圆柱形,托架安装于底座上,信号机箱固连于托架顶端;所述太阳能板安装于信号机箱的上方,且与水平方向成θ角,所述蓄电池位于信号机箱内,且太阳能板与所述蓄电池相连;信号机箱的电源输入端分别与太阳能板和蓄电池相连,信号机箱的电源输入端还通过电源转换器与站控制室的UPS相连。利用太阳能和外部供电两种供电方式,不仅节约了能源,而且两种供电方式还能提高其工作的可靠性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种车道通行信号灯,具体涉及一种带有太阳能板的车道通行信号灯。
背景技术
车道通行信号灯安装在每一车道收费亭旁,在车道迎车流行驶方向的收费亭安装红色(用×表示)和绿色(用↓表示)的组合信号灯。红色表示收费未完成,车辆不允许通行。绿色表示收费已完成,车辆可以通行。但是当前车行信号灯存在如下问题:由于收费亭是全天候24小时工作,因此其需要全天候供电,当存在断电或其他意外情况时,都将引起车道通行信号灯无法正常工作。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的是为了弥补现有车道通行信号灯的不足,提出一种带有太阳能板的车道通行信号灯,本实用新型在现有车道通行信号灯的基础上设置太阳能板,利用太阳能和外部供电两种供电方式,不仅节约了能源,而且两种供电方式还能提高其工作的可靠性。
实现本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种带有太阳能板的车道通行信号灯,包括底座、托架、信号机箱、电源转换器、太阳能板及蓄电池;其中所述托架为中空圆柱形,托架安装于底座上,信号机箱固连于托架顶端;所述太阳能板安装于信号机箱的上方,且与水平方向成θ角,所述蓄电池位于信号机箱内,且太阳能板与所述蓄电池相连;信号 机箱的电源输入端分别与太阳能板和蓄电池相连,信号机箱的电源输入端还通过电源转换器与站控制室的UPS相连。
有益效果
第一,本实用新型在车道通行信号灯的信号机箱上设置太阳能板,在有阳光时,利用太阳能板转换的电能为信号机箱和蓄电池充电,在没有阳光时,利用蓄电池所存储的能量为信号机箱供电,因此本实用新型车道通行信号灯能够充分利用太阳能这一清洁能源,其具有很强的实用性。
第二,本实用新型信号机箱的电源输入端还通过电源转换器与站控制室的UPS相连,这是防止较长时间处于阴天状态导致蓄电池中所储备的能量不足,不能满足信号机箱24小时工作的需要;同时本实用新型带有电源转换器,用于将220V市电转换成30V安全电压,这样提高了供电的安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行详细说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型一种带有太阳能板的车道通行信号灯,包括底座、托架、信号机箱、电源转换器、太阳能板及蓄电池;其中所述托架为中空圆柱形,托架安装于底座上,信号机箱固连于托架顶端;所述太阳能板安装于信号机箱的上方,且与水平方向成θ角,所述蓄电池位于信号机箱内,且太阳能板与所述蓄电池相连;信号机箱的电源输入端分别与太阳能板和蓄电池相连,信 号机箱的电源输入端还通过电源转换器与站控制室的UPS相连。
在阳光充沛情况下,太阳能板分别与信号机箱的电源输入端和蓄电池接通,此时车道通行信号灯通过太阳能板供电,同时太阳能板还对蓄电池充电,将多余的电量存储在蓄电池中;在没有阳光的情况下,蓄电池与信号机箱的电源输入端接通,此时车道通行信号灯通过蓄电池供电。当出现连续阴天,蓄电池中存储的电量已经无法满足对信号机箱24小时供电的需求时,此时信号机箱的电源输入端通过电源转换器与站控制室的UPS连通,电源转换器通过将站控制室的220V市电转换成30V低电压为信号机箱供电。因此,本实用新型不仅能够很好的节约电能的消耗,同时还具有很高的安全性。
