Abstract
本发明提供一种设有太阳能板的车道雾灯,包括底座、托架、雾灯机箱、电源转换器、太阳能板及蓄电池;其中所述托架为中空圆柱形,托架安装于底座上,雾灯机箱固连于托架顶端;所述太阳能板安装于雾灯机箱的后方,且与水平方向成θ角,所述蓄电池位于雾灯机箱内,且太阳能板与所述蓄电池相连;雾灯机箱的电源输入端与蓄电池相连,雾灯机箱的电源输入端还通过电源转换器与站控制室的UPS连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车道雾灯,具体涉及一种设有太阳能板的车道雾灯。
背景技术
在每一出入路口安装一个雾灯,在路口起到警示的作用,特别是在雨雾天气提醒入站车辆注意前方收费岛亭,应减速谨慎行驶。当大气能见度很好时,无需雾灯警示,驾驶员可以再较远处看到收费岛亭,当出现严重雾霾天气时,需要雾灯全天候24小时工作,当存在断电或其他意外情况时,都将引起车道雾灯无法正常工作。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是为了弥补现有车道雾灯的不足,提出一种设有太阳能板的车道雾灯,本发明在现有车道雾灯的基础上设置太阳能板,太阳能和外部供电两种供电方式,不仅节约了能源,而且两种供电方式还能提高其工作的可靠性。
实现本发明的技术方案如下:
一种设有太阳能板的车道雾灯,包括底座、托架、雾灯机箱、电源转换器、太阳能板及蓄电池;其中所述托架为中空圆柱形,托架安装于底座上,雾灯机箱固连于托架顶端;所述太阳能板安装于雾灯机箱的后方,且与水平方向成θ角,所述蓄电池位于雾灯机箱内,且太阳能板与所述蓄电池相连;雾灯机箱的电源输入端与蓄电池相连,雾灯机箱的电源输入端还通过电源转换器与站控制室的UPS连接。
有益效果
第一,本发明在车道雾灯的雾灯机箱上设置太阳能板,在有阳光时,利用太阳能板转换的电能为蓄电池充电;在没有阳光时,利用蓄电池所存储的能量为雾灯机箱供电,因此本发明车道雾灯能够充分利用太阳能这一清洁能源,其具有很强的实用性。
第二,本发明雾灯机箱的电源输入端还通过电源转换器与站控制室的UPS相连,这是防止较长时间处于阴天状态导致蓄电池中所储备的能量不足,不能满足信号机箱24小时工作的需要;同时本发明设有电源转换器,用于将220V市电转换成30V安全电压,这样提高了供电的安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明一种设有太阳能板的车道雾灯,包括底座、托架、雾灯机箱、电源转换器、太阳能板及蓄电池;其中所述托架为中空圆柱形,托架安装于底座上,雾灯机箱固连于托架顶端;所述太阳能板安装于雾灯机箱的后方,且与水平方向成θ角,所述蓄电池位于雾灯机箱内,且太阳能板与所述蓄电池相连;雾灯机箱的电源输入端与蓄电池相连,雾灯机箱的电源输入端还通过电源转换器与站控制室的UPS连接。
在阳光充沛情况下,太阳能板与蓄电池接通,利用太阳能板将太阳能转换成电能为蓄电池充电;在没有阳光并出现严重雾霾的情况下,蓄电池与雾灯机箱的电源输入端接通,此时车道雾灯通过蓄电池供电。当出现连续阴天,蓄电池中存储的电量已经无法满足对雾灯持续供电的需求时,此时雾灯机箱的电源输入端通过电源转换器与站控制室的UPS连通,电源转换器通过将站控制室的220V市电转换成30V低电压为雾灯机箱供电。因此,本发明不仅能够很好的节约电能的消耗,同时还具有很高的安全性。

1.一种设有太阳能板的车道雾灯,其特征在于,包括底座、托架、雾灯机箱、电源转换器、太阳能板及蓄电池;其中所述托架为中空圆柱形,托架安装于底座上,雾灯机箱固连于托架顶端;所述太阳能板安装于雾灯机箱的后方,且与水平方向成θ角,所述蓄电池位于雾灯机箱内,且太阳能板与所述蓄电池相连;雾灯机箱的电源输入端与蓄电池相连,雾灯机箱的电源输入端还通过电源转换器与站控制室的UPS连接。
