技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种消声器，特别涉及一种带排水装置的微穿孔板消声器，它应用于空调和通风系统中，达到除湿降噪的治理。
背景技术
随着工业技术的发展，噪声治理技术的开发至关重要，噪声治理的技术在通风空调系统中已经得到使用，目前，通风空调系统中常用的消声器一般都采用阻性材料消声器结构，阻性材料为多孔性和纤维性材料，如玻璃棉、玻璃布等，但是，这种采用阻性材料消声器结构的消声器，不宜在一些潮湿、高温及高速气流的环境下使用，另外，也不适合用于超纯净环境，因为，有时，往往阻性材料由于吸湿或高速气流对其的脉动冲刷以及高温下，会加速阻性材料的脆化，失去应有的功能，特别严重的还会将脆化后被气流吹散的碎片通过管道带进超纯净和境内，比如集成电路车间、医院的手术室，这将会造成严重的事故。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：
提供一种带排水装置的微穿孔板消声器，它不但能有效地实现理想的消声效果，而且带有排水除湿的功能，且结构简单，便于清洗及系统运行阻力低。
本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种带排水装置的微穿孔板消声器，所述带排水装置的微穿孔板消声器由内微穿孔板2、外微穿孔板3、导管4组成的内外三层结构，并由圆环8密封成一体结构，连接导管1与内微穿孔板2配合连接，在外微穿孔板3和内微穿孔板2上均布有微孔，在导管4上焊接有接管嘴5和堵盖6，并用保险7固定。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
改进了现有的微穿孔板消声器，将阻性材料消声器结构更改为微穿孔板消声结构，并增加了排水装置，由此，即达到了理想的噪声衰减量，并且可以起到除湿的作用，除湿将增加微穿孔板的可靠性(否则容易滋生细菌等微生物),维护保养简单方便。
