本实用新型涉及一种组合式净化器中风机的消音装置，该装置主要是组合式除尘净化主机上部的风机、风机室和风机消音管道组成。该装置结构简单，造价低，消音效果好，可以在中小型的组合式除尘净化主机风机室应用。

本实用新型涉及环保设备，具体指一种组合式净化器中风机的消音装置。
背景技术
现有组合式除尘净化器的风机消音装置为外置，影响设备整体外观，且消音效果差；还有内置的消音装置只是对风机室的内表面贴上消音棉，消音效果也不好。风机的一般噪音在92dB，大部分除尘净化器风机经消音处理后最多在80～85dB，如设备置于室内，严重影响室内环境。现缺少一种占用空间少、成本低、效果好的消音装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种组合式除尘净化器风机消音装置，是一种结构简单、紧凑、效果好、阻力低的消音装置。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的：该装置由风机室、风机、消音风道、消音棉、多孔板组成。风机出来的气流通过迂回的消音风道，装在消音风道四周的消音棉对气流运动产生的噪音进行吸收，从而达到消音的效果。
该装置结构简单，充分利用空间，加长消音风道，结构更为紧凑，消音效果更好。

具体实施方式
参照附图：风机室1、风机2、消音风道3、消音棉4、多孔板5组合于一体风机消音装置。风机2安装在风机室1内，整个风机室1内表面均贴上消音棉4，气流通过风机1进入消音风道3，消音风道3内表面贴有消音棉4，用多孔板5固定，风机2出来的气流在运动过程中产生的噪音，通过消音风道3时，被消音棉4吸收。整个消音装置可将风机及气流产生的噪音降到65dB以下。

1.一种组合式除尘净化器风机消音装置，由风机室、风机、消音风道、消音棉、多孔板组合于一体风机消音装置，其特征在于，所述风机安装在风机室内，整个风机室内表面均贴上消音棉。
