本实用新型涉及一种耐磨钢铜复合轴套。包括作为外圈的钢基套层和作为内圈的铜基套层,在所述的内圈铜基套层内复合有镍基耐磨层,所述镍基耐磨层厚度为0.2mm-1mm。本实用新型通过在钢铜复合轴套内壁复合镍基耐磨层,因镍基材料具有较强的耐磨性,从而大大增强了轴套的耐磨性,可使轴套的内壁硬度由平均105HV增强到平均605HV甚至更高,进而延长了轴套的使用寿命。

 本实用新型涉及一种耐磨钢铜复合轴套。
背景技术
钢铜合金轴套因其较好的耐磨性和抗冲击性,目前已较大范围地应用于矿山机械、锻压机械、船舶机械等领域。但受铜合金表面硬度的限制,其耐磨性仍有不足之处,进而影响了轴套的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种耐磨性更好、使用寿命更长的耐磨钢铜复合轴套。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是,一种耐磨钢铜复合轴套,包括作为外圈的钢基套层和作为内圈的铜基套层,在所述的内圈铜基套层内复合有镍基耐磨层,所述镍基耐磨层厚度为0.2mm-1mm。
 本实用新型通过在钢铜复合轴套内壁复合镍基耐磨层,因镍基材料具有较强的耐磨性,从而大大增强了轴套的耐磨性,可使轴套的内壁硬度由平均105HV增强到平均605HV甚至更高,进而延长了轴套的使用寿命。因实际使用中耐磨层一般为1mm以内,经实验本实用新型将镍基耐磨层厚度控制在0.2mm-1mm。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,耐磨钢铜复合轴套包括外圈钢基套层1和内圈铜基套层2,内圈铜基套层复合有镍基耐磨层3,外圈钢基套层1、内圈铜基套层2和镍基耐磨层3整体构成复合轴套。
本实用新型的钢铜耐磨轴套中,镍基耐磨层3厚度为0.2mm-1mm。
本实用新型的技术方案可通过但不限于如下方法实现:(1)采用常规公差配合、热胀冷缩工艺复合完成外圈钢基套层和内圈铜基套层;(2)选用Ni60、NiCrCoAlY(Ni5Al)或Cr3C2-NiCr(Ni5Al)之一作为耐磨层材料;(3)采用热喷涂技术或等离子喷焊加激光重熔处理工艺将(2)中的材料复合到内圈铜基套层内壁;(4)根据产品要求进行后续加工。
