本实用新型涉及—种曲轴箱总成，属于加药装置用传动系统方面的技术领域。
背景技术
目前，公知的曲轴箱总成，如本申请人在中国申请的实用新型专利，专利号为：CN200920146196.X的—种油井及输油管线加药泵，公开了在加药泵上用的曲轴箱总成：电机与减速器通过法兰连接为—体，法兰的一侧通过螺栓与减速器连接，另一侧与曲轴箱焊接。曲轴连接套与曲轴键连接，曲轴设置在曲轴箱内，曲轴箱另一侧与后盖焊接。轴承压盖通过螺栓与后盖连接。将轴承压入轴承压盖内，起到使曲轴运转。曲轴下端设置有连杆，在曲轴箱的下部焊接有法兰A，法兰A与阀体A通过螺栓连接。连杆通过连杆销与传动杆连接。在传动杆的下端设置有一个放入柱塞的缺口。其弊端是，结构繁琐复杂，其曲轴连接套内设置的为单键，造成扭矩大，容易损坏电机和减速器，曲轴箱内设置的曲轴需要靠减速器轴支撑，从而加大了减速器的工作压力，传动杆在随连杆做运动时，会左右晃动，碰触到阀体A，造成损坏，使运行工作不稳定。在其内部零件损坏时，不方便维修。需要进行重新设计，以保障该技术的前瞻性。

针对上述问题存在的不足，本实用新型的目的在于，提供—种曲轴箱总成。
—种曲轴箱总成，包括，曲轴外壳(1)以及曲轴外壳(1)一侧设置的与电机相连的法兰座(5)和另一侧设置的轴承座(7)，其特征在于：曲轴外壳(1)与下部设置的泵体连接套(10)螺纹连接，左片(2)与设置在法兰座(5)内侧的前轴承(12)套接，右片(4)与设置在轴承座(7)内侧的后轴承(13)套接，在左片(2)与右片(4)之间设置有连杆A(6)，左片(2)、连杆A(6)和右片(4)通过连接销A(3)锁紧固定后置于曲轴外壳(1)内，在连杆A(6)的下部通过连接销B(9)连接有连杆B(8)。
在连接套(10)的内部套装有防止连杆B(8)左右晃动的尼龙套(11)。
在连杆B(8)的下端设置有与柱塞泵总成内的注塞杆卡接的凸柱(17)。
在连接销A(3)与连杆A(6)之间安装有轴承A(14)。
在连杆A(6)和连接销B(9)之间安装有轴承B(15)。
本实用新型有结构简单，安装方便，设计合理，运行工作稳定等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，—种曲轴箱总成，包括，曲轴外壳1以及曲轴外壳1一侧设置的与电机相连的法兰座5和另一侧设置的轴承座7，其特征在于：曲轴外壳1与下部设置的泵体连接套10螺纹连接，左片2与设置在法兰座5内侧的前轴承12套接，右片4与设置在轴承座7内侧的后轴承13套接。在左片2与右片4之间设置有连杆A6，其左片2和右片4用来压紧连杆A6，连接销A3将左片2、连杆A6和右片4锁紧固定后置于曲轴外壳1内，起到支撑的作用，其左片2、连杆A6和右片4采用冷压定型，有不会变形、精度高的优点，在连接销A3与连杆A6之间安装有轴承A14。在连杆A6的下部通过连接销B9连接有连杆B8，在连杆B8的下端设有凸柱17，其凸柱17与柱塞泵总成内的注塞杆卡接。在连接套10的内部套装有尼龙套11，所述的尼龙套11用来防止连杆B8在做上、下垂直运动时，不会左右晃动。在连杆A6和连接销B9之间安装有轴承B15。
电机转轴与左片2内设置的花键16套接后，电机运转，使连杆A6随电机转轴转动，从而带动连杆B8以及与凸柱17卡接的塞泵总成内的注塞杆做上、下垂直运动。

1.一种曲轴箱总成，包括，曲轴外壳(1)以及曲轴外壳(1)一侧设置的与电机相连的法兰座(5)和另一侧设置的轴承座(7)，其特征在于：曲轴外壳(1)与下部设置的泵体连接套(10)螺纹连接，左片(2)与设置在法兰座(5)内侧的前轴承(12)套接，右片(4)与设置在轴承座(7)内侧的后轴承(13)套接，在左片(2)与右片(4)之间设置有连杆A(6)，左片(2)、连杆A(6)和右片(4)通过连接销A(3)锁紧固定后置于曲轴外壳(1)内，在连杆A(6)的下部通过连接销B(9)连接有连杆B(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种曲轴箱总成，其特征在于：在连接套(10)的内部套装有防止连杆B(8)左右晃动的尼龙套(11)。
