本实用新型公开了一种塑料异型材软胶条共挤冷却装置，包括喷头和挂板（3），喷头设置在喷淋管夹（1）内，喷淋管夹（1）一侧设有定位螺钉（2），喷淋管夹（1）通过挂板（3）与轨道连接，挂板（3）上的挂耳上设有限位螺孔（4），限位螺孔（4）与轨道上的螺孔（5）相对应，本实施例不仅更有效的达到冷却均匀一致，还能够同时适应不同高度、不同位置局部功能爪口处的冷却；实现了一个水箱多用的原则，从而大大节省了客户成本，提高软胶条在挤出成型过程中合格成型速率、表观质量与生产稳定性。

本实用新型涉及一种塑料异型材软胶条共挤冷却装置，包括喷头和挂板。
背景技术
目前，公知的胶条冷却装置的主要作用，就是将从共挤模头中挤出的熔融型坯，经热风，调节，使其紧贴产品表壁上，再通过水箱冷却水为介质，以热交换的方式，冷却、固化熔坯，来获得合格的制品形状。
此法弊端：
1、              此种冷却装置通用性差，如发生产品更改，水箱喷淋位置就不对，此水箱就必须重新做，大大提高成本，造成浪费。
2、              喷水位置只能平行喷向胶条，内侧喷不易喷到水，不易达到冷却均匀一致的效果。
3、从加工角度来说，加工精度高，不易操作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种塑料异型材软胶条共挤冷却装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种塑料异型材软胶条共挤冷却装置，包括喷头和挂板，喷头设置在喷淋管夹内，喷淋管夹一侧设有定位螺钉，喷淋管夹通过挂板与轨道连接，挂板上的挂耳上设有限位螺孔，限位螺孔与轨道上的螺孔相对应。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述的喷头与喷淋管夹是活动连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实施例不仅更有效的达到冷却均匀一致，还能够同时适应不同高度、不同位置局部功能爪口处的冷却；实现了一个水箱多用的原则，从而大大节省了客户成本，提高软胶条在挤出成型过程中合格成型速率、表观质量与生产稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本实用新型具体实施方式作详细说明。
如图1所示，本实施例包括喷头和挂板3，喷头设置在喷淋管夹1内，喷淋管夹1一侧设有定位螺钉2，喷淋管夹1通过挂板3与轨道连接，挂板3上的挂耳上设有限位螺孔4，限位螺孔4与轨道上的螺孔5相对应，喷头与喷淋管夹1是活动连接。
型材生产时，根据不同产品的位置调整共挤胶条喷淋冷却装置，喷淋管夹1内的喷头可以任意调节摆动，待调到合适的位置需要固定时，旋紧喷水管夹1上的定位螺钉2，此时定位螺钉2压紧喷头，使其无法移动。当喷淋管角度不对时，旋松定位螺钉2，喷头恢复自由摆动;当上下位置需要调节时，喷淋管夹1通过导轨上下滑动， 待调到挂板3上任意合适的螺孔5位置需要固定时，旋紧喷水管夹1挂耳上的螺钉，即可使其无法移动。若感觉上下位置不太合适时，放松限位螺钉即可恢复滑动。
