背景技术:
目前,塑料管的生产过程为先是由管材挤出机中挤出塑料管,然后将挤出的塑料管通入设有塑料管冷却定型装置的冷却器中进行冷却定型。为了使生产的塑料管的管径和表面光洁度符合要求,就要使塑料管得到充分均匀地冷却。一般采用水冷方式,而由于从挤出机中挤出的塑料管温度较高,如果水冷不均匀,就会使塑料管因局部温度骤降而引起变形,影响产品质量甚至报废。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单、冷却速度快且冷却均匀的塑料管全方位快速水冷定型装置。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种塑料管全方位快速水冷定型装置,包括冷却箱,所述冷却箱为槽形结构,两端各开有一个允许塑料管通过的通孔,冷却箱两侧内壁上横向对称设有相互平行的上水管和下水管,所述上水管和下水管上均匀连接有若干喷头,所述喷头上设有可以上下旋转的喷嘴,所述冷却箱顶部设有方形箱盖。
所述上水管和下水管上的喷嘴呈对称设置,喷嘴与水平面间夹角为30-60度。
所述冷却箱底部设有自动放水阀。
所述箱盖上设有多个允许热气通过的气孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是:结构简单、设计合理、操作方便,不仅冷却速度快,而且冷却充分均匀,有利于提高塑料管的质量和降低生产成本。

如图1、2所示,一种塑料管全方位快速水冷定型装置,包括冷却箱1,冷却箱为槽形结构,两端各开有一个允许塑料管通过的通孔2,冷却箱两侧内壁上横向对称设有相互平行的上水管3和下水管4,上水管和下水管上均匀连接有若干喷头5,喷头上设有可以上下旋转的喷嘴6,可根据塑料管大小自由调节冷却水喷出的角度,冷却箱顶部设有方形箱盖7。
上水管和下水管上的喷嘴呈对称设置,喷嘴与水平面间夹角为30-60度,以实现全方位同时冷却,防止塑料管因局部温度骤降而引起变形。
冷却箱底部设有自动放水阀8,以调控冷却槽中的水位,防止塑料管因接触冷却槽内的水而引起局部温度骤降。
箱盖上设有多个允许热气通过的气孔9,箱盖可以防止冷却水外溅,而气孔的设计是为了使冷却散发的热气及时排出,充分保证冷却效果。
