本实用新型涉及一种管材冷却装置,包括型材断面成型口,型材断面成型口的上侧设有上冷却板,型材断面成型口的下侧设有下冷却板,上冷却板与型材断面成型口之间形成水冷却通道,下冷却板与型材断面成型口之间形成气冷却通道,水冷却通道的前端设有进水口,进水口通过水管与水箱连接,气冷却通道的前端设有进气口,进气口通过气管与气源连接,水管上安装有稳压阀。本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型的管材冷却装置,可以利用冷却水或压缩空气对挤出的型材进行冷却,大大的提高了型材的表面强度,同时可以对型材的内外表面都可以冷却,管坯不易形成明显的温度梯度,使管材内外壁结晶颗粒较小而均匀,整个管材的性能有所提高。

本实用新型涉及一种冷却装置,尤其涉及一种改进的管材的冷却装置。
背景技术
塑料管是一种常见的管件,广泛应用于日常生活和工业生产中。因其材质轻、阻燃及耐酸碱性好,且加工简单,耐用的特点,目前已逐渐取代金属管道。在管材的加工成型过程中,管材被挤压成型后需要及时且均匀的冷却,这样才能保证管材同一径面的收缩率一致,才能有效提高管材的质量。但是,现有的管材冷却装置一般都是采用外冷却方式,及对管材的外壁进行冷却,由于塑料是热的不良导体,管坯易形成温度梯度,这样就会使得管材受冷却的力度不均匀,使得管材的结晶颗粒外壁较小而内壁较粗大,导致管材的性能不均衡。因此,应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:针对上述不足,提供一种结构合理,使用效果好的管材冷却装置。

本实用新型的管材冷却装置,还包括连接于管材挤出机机头芯棒上的供水通道末端的喷淋管。
所述喷淋管上均布有多个喷头。

本实用新型一种改进的管材冷却装,包括与模具挤出口的形状相同的型材断面成型口1,型材断面成型口1的上侧设有上冷却板2,型材断面成型口1的下侧设有下冷却板3,上冷却板2与型材断面成型口1之间形成水冷却通道4,下冷却板3与型材断面成型口1之间形成气冷却通道5,水冷却通道4的前端设有进水口6,进水口6通过水管7与水箱8连接,气冷却通道5的前端设有进气口13,进气口13通过气管14与气源9连接,水管7上安装有稳压阀10,水管7上安装有稳压阀10,稳压阀10可以使水管7内部的水保持较高的恒定压力,避免了由于水源外围压力不稳造成的缺陷,保证管材定型效果,避免出现废管。
优选的,作为一可实施例,本实用新型的管材冷却装置,还包括连接于管材挤出机机头芯棒上的供水通道末端的喷淋管11,喷淋管11上均布有多个喷头12。喷淋管11以及水冷却通道4和气冷却通道5的设计,对型材的内外表面都可以冷却,管坯不易形成明显的温度梯度,使管材内外壁结晶颗粒较小而均匀,整个管材的性能有所提高。
