本实用新型公开了一种动力换档定轴变速箱双离合器换档装置,包括离合器轴、离合器外毂和设置在离合器外毂两侧的离合器换档机构,离合器换档机构包括内齿圈、设置在内齿圈内的活塞、摩擦片组、挡板以及设置在内齿圈外侧的换档齿轮,多片主动摩擦片内花键孔分别与换档齿轮内端外花键轴向活动连接,多片主动摩擦片外周分别套设波形弹簧垫圈,多片从动摩擦片外花键与内齿圈内花键孔轴向活动连接,换档齿轮通过轴承支承在离合器轴上。本实用新型在主动摩擦片和从动摩擦片之间设置了波形弹簧垫圈,增大了主动摩擦片和从动摩擦片的分离作用力,各主动摩擦片和各从动摩擦片分离彻底,不会发生粘滞现象,从而保证变速箱内油温稳定。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种动力换档变速箱,尤其是一种动力换档变速箱的双离合器,属于机械传动技术领域。
背景技术
现有动力换档定轴式变速箱的双离合器换档装置包括离合器轴,固定在离合器轴中部的离合器外毂和设置在离合器外毂两侧的离合器换档机构,其中离合器换档机构包括活塞、活塞回位组件、摩擦片组和挡板,活塞回位组件由卡簧、挡圈和圆柱螺旋弹簧组成,圆柱螺旋弹簧套装在离合器轴上,其两端分别抵靠在挡圈和活塞轴肩上,在压力油作用下,活塞克服圆柱螺旋弹簧弹力推动摩擦片组压紧在挡板上,从而实现换档,压力油卸载时,在圆柱螺旋弹簧回复力作用下,活塞回位。上述结构只能保证活塞彻底回位,而摩擦片组中主动摩擦片和从动摩擦片的分离则需依靠离合器轴和离合器外毂高速旋转产生的离心力进行分离,主动摩擦片和从动摩擦片分离不彻底,二者往往发生粘滞现象并相对转动产生热量,最终导致变速箱油温升高。此外,活塞也易与离合器外毂发生相对转动,导致其上的密封圈扭曲而失去密封效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、主动摩擦片和从动摩擦片分离彻底的动力换档定轴变速箱双离合器换档装置。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种动力换档定轴变速箱双离合器换档装置,包括离合器轴、固定在离合器轴中部的离合器外毂和分别设置在离合器外毂两侧的离合器换档机构;所述离合器换档机构包括分别与离合器外毂轴向两端固定连接的内齿圈,分别依次设置在离合器外毂和内齿圈内的活塞、摩擦片组、挡板以及分别设置在内齿圈外侧的换档齿轮,活塞一端设置在离合器外毂内,活塞另一端设置在内齿圈内;多片主动摩擦片与多片从动摩擦片间隔叠合成摩擦片组,多片主动摩擦片内花键孔分别与换档齿轮内端外花键轴向活动连接;多片主动摩擦片外周分别套设波形弹簧圈,且通过内齿圈齿顶定位;多片从动摩擦片外花键与内齿圈内花键孔轴向活动连接;挡板通过挡圈定位,换档齿轮通过轴承支承在离合器轴上。
本实用新型的目的还可以通过以下技术措施来进一步实现。

前述的动力换档定轴变速箱双离合器换档装置,其中所述的离合器轴一端设有相互平行的两条轴向进油通道和分别与两条轴向进油通道连通的两条径向进油通道,两条径向进油通道分别与离合器外毂两侧活塞和离合器外毂之间的空腔连通。
前述的动力换档定轴变速箱双离合器换档装置,其中所述的活塞轴向一端的法兰边上设有外花键,活塞法兰边外花键与内齿圈内花键孔轴向活动连接。
前述的动力换档定轴变速箱双离合器换档装置,其中所述的换档齿轮通过滚针轴承支承在离合器轴上。
本实用新型在主动摩擦片和从动摩擦片之间设置了波形弹簧垫圈,增大了主动摩擦片和从动摩擦片的分离作用力,各主动摩擦片和各从动摩擦片分离彻底,不会发生粘滞现象,从而保证变速箱内油温稳定。本实用新型的活塞可随内齿圈高速旋转,可防止二者相对旋转而导致活塞上的密封圈扭曲变形,保证了活塞上密封圈的密封效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型包括离合器轴1、固定在离合器轴1中部的离合器外毂2、分别设置在离合器外毂2两端的左离合器换档机构3和右离合器换档机构4;左离合器换档机构3包括左内齿圈31、从离合器外毂2向左依次设置在左内齿圈31内的左活塞32、6片主动摩擦片33,7片从动摩擦片34、挡板35以及设置在左内齿圈31外侧的左换档齿轮36,离合器外毂2两端分别与左内齿圈31和右内齿圈42焊连,左活塞32右端设置在离合器外毂2内,左端设置在左内齿圈31内。6片主动摩擦片33与7片从动摩擦片34间隔叠合成左摩擦片组,主动摩擦片33内花键孔可沿换档齿轮36内端外花键轴向移动。右活塞41左端设置在离合器外毂2内,右端设置在右内齿圈42内。11片主动摩擦片33与12片从动摩擦片34间隔叠合成右摩擦片组,主动摩擦片33内花键孔可沿右换档齿轮43内端外花键轴向移动。
波形弹簧圈37设置在两片从动摩擦片34之间,且位于主动摩擦片33的外周,波形弹簧圈37分别通过左内齿圈31、右内齿圈42的齿顶定位,波形弹簧圈37的非圆正投影为由波峰371和波谷372相接而成的波浪形曲线,挡板35分别设置在左内齿圈31外端、右内齿圈42外端内,挡板35通过其外侧的挡圈38定位,左换档齿轮36、右换档齿轮43分别通过滚针轴承39支承在离合器轴1上,结构更加简单紧凑。右摩擦片组的主动摩擦片33和从动摩擦片34的数量大于左摩擦片组,这是因为右换档齿轮43传递的扭矩要大于左换档齿轮36。
    离合器轴1右端设有相互平行的两条轴向进油通道11和分别与两条轴向进油通道11连通的两条径向进油通道12,一条径向进油通道12与左活塞32和离合器外毂2之间的空腔13连通,另一条径向进油通道12与右活塞41和离合器外毂2之间的空腔14连通。左活塞32法兰边上设有外花键321,左活塞32法兰边外花键321可沿内齿圈31内花键孔轴向移动,这样左活塞32可随内齿圈31高速旋转,防止二者相对旋转而导致左活塞32上的密封圈扭曲变形,从而失去密封效果。
离合器换档时,在压力油作用下,左活塞32推动从动摩擦片34,7片从动摩擦片34分别克服6个波形弹簧圈37的弹力推动6片主动摩擦片33左移,最终使得摩擦片组压紧在挡板35上,6片主动摩擦片33带动换档齿轮36旋转从而实现换档,压力油卸载时,在6个波形弹簧圈37回复力作用下,各主动摩擦片33和从动摩擦片34彼此分离,左活塞32回位。
右离合器换档机构4的结构原理与左离合器换档机构3相同,仅右离合器换档机构4和主动摩擦片33和从动摩擦片34的数量少于右离合器换档机构4对应零件的数量。
除上述实施例外,本实用新型还可以有其他实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围内。

1.一种动力换档定轴变速箱双离合器换档装置,包括离合器轴、固定在离合器轴中部的离合器外毂和分别设置在离合器外毂两侧的离合器换档机构;其特征在于:所述离合器换档机构包括分别与离合器外毂轴向两端固定连接的内齿圈,分别依次设置在离合器外毂和内齿圈内的活塞、摩擦片组、挡板以及分别设置在内齿圈外侧的换档齿轮,活塞一端设置在离合器外毂内,活塞另一端设置在内齿圈内;多片主动摩擦片与多片从动摩擦片间隔叠合成摩擦片组,多片主动摩擦片内花键孔分别与换档齿轮内端外花键轴向活动连接;多片主动摩擦片外周分别套设波形弹簧圈,且通过内齿圈齿顶定位;多片从动摩擦片外花键与内齿圈内花键孔轴向活动连接;挡板通过挡圈定位,换档齿轮通过轴承支承在离合器轴上。
2.如权利要求1所述的动力换档定轴变速箱双离合器换档装置,其特征在于:所述波形弹簧圈的非圆正投影为由波峰波谷相接而成的波浪形曲线。
3.如权利要求1所述的动力换档定轴变速箱双离合器换档装置,其特征在于:所述离合器轴一端设有相互平行的两条轴向进油通道和分别与两条轴向进油通道连通的两条径向进油通道,两条径向进油通道分别与离合器外毂两端活塞和离合器外毂之间的空腔连通。
4.如权利要求1所述的动力换档定轴变速箱双离合器换档装置,其特征在于:活塞轴向一端的法兰边上设有外花键,活塞法兰边外花键与内齿圈内花键孔轴向活动连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的动力换档定轴变速箱双离合器换档装置,其特征在于:所述换档齿轮通过滚针轴承支承在离合器轴上。
