本实用新型属于压缩天然气输送及应用技术领域，特别涉及一种6管34英尺管束式的集装箱。
背景技术
天然气作为一种清洁能源，已经被广泛应用于各个地区。因我国有很大一部分乡镇山区存在道路交通不便利等因素，目前市场上使用的集装管束尺寸太大不便于在狭小道路上运输，尺寸过小又使得容积太小，运输成本高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本实用新型提供一种6管34英尺管束式集装箱，它结构简单，尺寸小，特别适合偏远乡镇使用。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：它包括框架、气瓶、前端安全装置和后端安全及操作装置。所述的前端安全装置包括前端塞、前安全装置和前排空管，前端塞与气瓶的前端密封固定，前端塞上固定前安全装置，前安全装置上固定前排空管。所述的后端安全及操作装置包括后端塞、后安全装置、后排空管、进出气管路和排污管路，后端塞与气瓶的后端密封固定，后端塞上固定后安全装置、进出气接口和排污接口，进出气接口和排污接口分别与进出气管路和排污管路密封相通，所述的后安全装置上有后排空管。
本实用新型具有下列优点：1)、针对偏远乡镇山区道路狭窄，大尺寸车辆运输困难等问题，本实用新型便于偏远地区CNG长管拖车的运输，扩大了运输范围，增大了市场占有率。更好的满足客户的需求；2)、在满足34英尺集装管束外形尺寸的条件下，将框架前端常用的箱式结构改为方钢管加立板结构，减少占空间；后操作仓的长度缩短到370mm，在满足管路系统安全距离的条件下，将后端操作箱长度做到了最短；3)、由于前后端在框架中所占的长度最短，气瓶安装在框架上，这样单只气瓶的长度达到最长，增大了单只气瓶的充装量，充装质量大，运输成本低；4)、后端安全及操作装置的螺纹连接和焊点减少，增加了集装管束的安全性，更好的避免了漏气点的出现，提高了整车的安全性。

具体实施方式
如图1-图4所示，本实用新型包括框架1、气瓶2、前端安全装置3和后端安全及操作装置4。所述的前端安全装置3包括前端塞8、前安全装置7和前排空管6，前端塞8与气瓶2的前端密封固定，前端塞8上固定前安全装置7，前安全装置7上固定前排空管6。所述的后端安全及操作装置4包括后端塞12、后安全装置11、后排空管10、进出气管路13和排污管路14，后端塞12与气瓶2的后端密封固定，后端塞12上固定后安全装置11，后安全装置11分别与后排空管10、进出气管路13和排污管路14密封相通。
所述的气瓶2有六个，长度皆为9990mm，直径为711mm。
所述的气瓶2通过捆绑带5固定在框架1上。

1.一种6管34英尺管束式集装箱，其特征在于：包括框架(1)、气瓶(2)、前端安全装置(3)和后端安全及操作装置(4)，所述的前端安全装置(3)包括前端塞(8)、前安全装置(7)和前排空管(6)，前端塞(8)与气瓶(2)的前端密封固定，前端塞(8)上固定前安全装置(7)，前安全装置(7)上固定前排空管(6)，所述的后端安全及操作装置(4)包括后端塞(12)、后安全装置(11)、后排空管(10)、进出气管路(13)和排污管路(14)，后端塞(12)与气瓶(2)的后端密封固定，后端塞(12)上固定后安全装置(11)，后安全装置(11)分别与后排空管(10)、进出气管路(13)和排污管路(14)密封相通。
