发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种环形穿梭车,环形轨道可以同时运行多台穿梭车,从而改善了往复式穿梭车输送能力有限的缺点。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种环形穿梭车,包括行走轮电机1、行走轮2、行走轮导向机构3、移动供电系统4、距离检测传感器5、输送机电机6和万向轮7,所述行走轮电机1与行走轮2连接,行走轮2上还连接有行走轮导向机构3,所述移动供电系统4和距离检测传感器5设置在环形穿梭车上,环形穿梭车上上还设有输送机电机6和万向轮7。

本实用新型的一种环形穿梭车具有如下优点:
A双轨道环形小车,三行走轮结构,双轮驱动并带导向功能,实现小半径90度转弯并可靠运行。
B主动行走轮上安装条码阅读器,环行轨道安装条码标识,小车在弯轨处不会出现丢步,保证小车行走安全可靠。
C移动式供电系统的电刷安装在主动轮上,滑触线安装在轨道侧边,电刷随主动轮的行走而移动,这样能够保证电刷与滑触线良好接触。
D弯道的最小半径500mm。

如图1,一种环形穿梭车,包括行走轮电机1、行走轮2、行走轮导向机构3、移动供电系统4、距离检测传感器5、输送机电机6和万向轮7,所述行走轮电机1与行走轮2连接,行走轮2上还连接有行走轮导向机构3,所述移动供电系统4和距离检测传感器5设置在环形穿梭车上,环形穿梭车上上还设有输送机电机6和万向轮7。
环形轨道弯道最小轨道直径R500,外轨道两侧为导向面。两只行走轮小车安装在小车本体上,行走轮电机直接安装在行走轮一侧,直接驱动。两只行走轮带旋转机构并前后带导向机构,四个导向轮抱在一根轨道的两个侧面,确保行走轮按设计的弯道行走自如。小车的另一个轮子为万向轮,不带导向,直接在轨道平面上行驶。输送机安装在小车本体上,与立体库的输送机对接。本设备采用移动供电式供电,定位采用距离检测传感器及条码定位器,实现环形穿梭车的精确定位。小车的行驶方向的两端安装了距离检测传感器和机械式聚氨酯缓冲器,保证环形穿梭车的安全性。
