    本实用新型涉及空调制冷压缩机技术领域，尤其涉及轿车空调压缩机用活塞环。
背景技术
目前，活塞式轿车空调压缩机的活塞环有两类，第一类是铸铁活塞环与活塞配合使用，第二类是在活塞外圆柱面涂覆一层聚四氟乙烯复合材料（或涂覆特氟龙涂层）。第二类省略了活塞环，聚四氟乙烯复合材料优点是耐腐、耐磨、自润滑性强，但是，随着活塞外圆柱面聚四氟乙烯磨损（或涂覆特氟龙涂层），活塞与环气缸配合间隙增大，泄漏量相对较大密封性差，另一方面在活塞外圆柱面涂覆一层聚四氟乙烯复合材料（或涂覆特氟龙涂层），在制造过程中会产生大量有毒气体，产生工复杂，制造成本高等问题。
活塞式制冷压缩机技术正向着节能、环保、可靠、低噪声、宽广工况应用的方向发展。轿车空调压缩机是通过在汽缸内的高速往复运动来压缩气体，因此活塞与汽缸壁间要求有良好的气密性，而活塞环是活塞式制冷压缩机系统中的关键零件之一，它的好坏直接影响空调压缩机的工作效率和使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种气密性好、结构简单的活塞环，在缺乏润滑情况下，保证良好的润滑，并减小环和缸的磨损，提高环和缸使用寿命及轿车空调压缩机的工作效率和使用寿命。
本实用新型包括设有开口的C形环体，其特征在于在所述环体上开设沿着环体外圆面呈连续状的V形槽。
在环体不同高度方向上分别设置至少两条V形槽。
本实用新型通过在活塞环本体外圆面开有一条或多条V形槽，一是提高了活塞环封密性能，二是以提高贮油性，在缺乏润滑情况下，保证良好的润滑，可达到抗拉缸的目的，并减小环和缸的磨损，提高环和缸使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本实用新型的主体为设有开口1-1的C形环体1，在环体1上开设沿着环体外圆面呈连续状的两条V形槽2，两条V形槽2分别设置在环体1高度的上、下部位。

2.根据权利要求1所述轿车空调压缩机活塞环，其特征在于在环体不同高度方向上分别设置至少两条V形槽。
