[0016] 本实用新型的给水装置工作原理如下:当锅炉汽包1内水位上升到上限水位时, 锅炉控制模块2的总控制器控制第一继电器,打开三通电动阀6的循环出水口,与此同时关 闭锅炉汽包1的进水口,锅炉给水经尾烟预热器5循环交换尾烟余热,并以蓄热的方式储备 在蓄热软水箱5内;当锅炉尾烟排烟温度下降到排烟温度的下限时,三通电动阀6的循环出 水口自动关闭,水泵7停止运行;当锅炉汽包1内水位下降到给水水位时,锅炉控制模块 2的总控制器控制第一继电器,打开三通电动阀6的进水口,关闭三通电动阀6的循环出 水口,此时锅炉给水的流量较小,该点的给水流量是根据实际的需要量可以任意设定的。当 锅炉汽包1内水位继续下降时,锅炉的给水流量可根据锅炉的燃烧效率设定每段水位的 给水流量系数,从而逐段增大给水流量,确保给水流量与蒸汽流量的平衡运行。本实用新 型通过连续变频的给水方式,利用水泵7控制给水的流量,锅炉蒸汽流量与锅炉给水流量 处于相对平衡的运行工况,有效地确保了锅炉汽包1内的饱和水体积,增大了蓄热的蒸发 量,锅炉的燃烧效率稳定,节能效果明显。
[0017] 供气装置工作原理如下:应用在燃气、燃油工业锅炉时,设生产用汽压力为 0. 5-0. 6Mpa,当锅炉汽包1内压力低于0. 5Mpa时,总控制器控制锅炉燃烧器12大火运行, 当锅炉汽包1内压力上升到0. 6Mpa时,总控制器控制锅炉燃烧器12转换到小火运行,当锅 炉汽包1内压力继续上升到1. OMpa时,总控制器控制锅炉燃烧器12停止运行,完成一次锅 炉蓄热式运行;当分汽缸9内的压力低于0.5Mpa时,总控制器通过第三继电器增大电动球 阀14的开度,当分汽缸9内的压力高于0. 6Mpa时,总控制器通过第三继电器减小电动球阀 14的开度,为了确保供汽压力的稳定,锅炉汽包1内的压力越高,电动球阀14的开度就越 小,反之电动球阀14的开度就越大,总之锅炉汽包1内压力与用汽压力的压差越大锅炉蓄 热潜能就越高,所说义适当调高锅炉汽包1内的蒸汽压力就能增大锅炉的蓄热潜能,降低 锅炉的能源损耗,提高锅炉的节能效果。
[0018] 应用在燃煤、生物质工业锅炉时,设生产压力为0· 5-1. OMpa,当锅炉汽包1内压力 低于0. 5Mpa时,总控制器输出10mA的模拟量电流信号至引风变频器、鼓风变频器、炉排变 频器,分别启动引风电动机16、鼓风电动机17和炉排电动机18,当锅炉汽包1内压力高于 1. OMpa时,总控制器输出0mA的模拟量电流信号至引风变频器、鼓风变频器、炉排变频器, 分别关闭引风电动机16、鼓风电动机17和炉排电动机18,生产压力参数的设定灵活方便, 因此可以使用不同热量的燃料,节能效果明显。

1. 一种锅炉蓄热式自动控制节能装置,其特征在于:包括锅炉汽包、锅炉控制模块、给 水装置和供汽装置,所述给水装置包括水位传感器、尾烟预热器、蓄热软水箱,所述水位传 感器安装在锅炉汽包上,其信号输出端与锅炉控制模块相连,在锅炉汽包与尾烟预热器的 连接管道上设有三通电动阀,三通电动阀的第三端口与蓄热软水箱相连,三通电动阀的控 制端与锅炉控制模块相连,蓄热软水箱与尾烟预热器的连接管路上设有水泵,水泵与锅炉 控制模块相连,所述供汽装置包括汽包压力变送器、分汽缸、分汽缸压力变送器、用汽主管 和锅炉燃烧器,所述锅炉汽包通过蒸汽主管与分汽缸相连,所述蒸汽主管上设有电动球阀, 电动球阀的控制端与锅炉控制模块相连,所述用汽主管与分汽缸相连,所述分汽缸压力变 送器安装在分汽缸上,其控制端与锅炉控制模块相连,所述锅炉汽包上设有汽包压力变送 器,所述汽包压力变送器的信号输出端与锅炉控制模块相连,所述锅炉控制模块与锅炉燃 烧器相连。
2. 如权利要求1所述的锅炉蓄热式自动控制节能装置,其特征在于:所述尾烟预热器 上设有温度传感器,所述温度传感器的信号输出端与锅炉控制模块相连。
3. 如权利要求2所述的锅炉蓄热式自动控制节能装置,其特征在于:还包括引风电动 机、鼓风电动机和炉排电动机,所述引风电动机、鼓风电动机、炉排电动机分别与锅炉控制 模块相连。
4. 如权利要求3所述的锅炉蓄热式自动控制节能装置,其特征在于:所述锅炉控制模 块包括总控制器、第一继电器、第二继电器、第三继电器、引风变频器、鼓风变频器、炉排变 频器和给水变频器,所述水位传感器、汽包压力变送器、分汽缸压力变送器、温度传感器的 信号输出端均与总控制器相连,总控制器分别与第一继电器、第二继电器、第三继电器、弓丨 风变频器、鼓风变频器、炉排变频器和给水变频器相连,所述第一继电器、第二继电器、第三 继电器、引风变频器、鼓风变频器、炉排变频器和给水变频器分别与三通电动阀、锅炉燃烧 器、电动球阀、引风电动机、鼓风电动机、炉排电动机、水泵相连。
5. 如权利要求4所述的锅炉蓄热式自动控制节能装置,其特征在于:所述用汽主管上 设有截止阀。
