发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种弹簧码结构小尺寸膏药粘着力测试机构,该机构结构简单、使用方便,可对小尺寸膏药的粘着力进行自动检测,并且检测的精度高。 
如上构思,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种弹簧码结构小尺寸膏药粘着力测试执行机构,其特征在于:包括拉力传感器、传感器拉杆、样品固定板、压力活塞、压簧和升降托架;拉力传感器固定在工作台上,传感器拉杆固定在拉力传感器上;压簧紧固螺钉将压力活塞和安装在压力活塞顶部的压簧安装在升降托架上,样品固定板安装在升降托架中,样品固定板上制有插孔,压力活塞可插入该插孔内;上述插孔与压力活塞、传感器拉杆在一条轴心线上。 
上述插孔与压力活塞的外圆、端面和传感器拉杆的外圆、端面相吻合。 
本实用新型是小尺寸膏药粘着力测试机构的执行机构,结构简单、使用方便,由电脑控制作用在膏药表面的压力和持续时间,可连续设定压力范围,重复性好,检测精度高。

具体实施方式:
如图2所示:一种弹簧码结构小尺寸膏药粘着力测试执行机构,由压簧紧固螺钉(1)、升降托架(2)、压簧(3)、压力活塞(4)、样品固定板(6)、传感器拉杆(7)和拉力传感器(8)组成。拉力传感器固定在工作台上,传感器拉杆固定在拉力传感器上;压簧紧固螺钉将压力活塞和安装在压力活塞顶部的压簧安装在升降托架上,使压力活塞有一个向下的初始压力,并能够相对升降托架做上、下移动。样品固定板安装在升降托架中,样品固定板上制有插孔,压力活塞可插入该插孔内;上述插孔与压力活塞、传感器拉杆在一条轴心线上,样品固定板随升降托架一起上、下移动。上述插孔与压力活塞的外圆、端面和传感器拉杆的外圆、端面相吻合。 
本实用新型的工作过程是: 
1、将被检测样品(5)粘贴在样品固定板上。 
2、将样品固定板放在升降托架的方形孔内; 
3、控制机构控制升降托架带动样品固定板以一定速度下降。当被测样品接触到传感器拉杆端面时,升降托架再继续下降,传感器拉杆就会托住样品固定板,使样品固定板相对升降托架产生相对垂直位移,直到压力活塞压到被测样品上。压簧通过压力活塞作用到被测样品的压力传递到传感器拉杆上,由拉力传感器检测。 
4、控制系统检测拉力传感器的检测信号,当被测样品的压力达到设定值时,控制升降托架停止下降,保持一定的设定时间。然后控制升降托架以一定的速度上升,带动样品固定板上升,控制系统同时检测记录被测样品剥离传感器拉杆端面过程的拉力。

1.一种弹簧码结构小尺寸膏药粘着力测试执行机构,其特征在于:包括拉力传感器、传感器拉杆、样品固定板、压力活塞、压簧和升降托架;拉力传感器固定在工作台上,传感器拉杆固定在拉力传感器上;压簧紧固螺钉将压力活塞和安装在压力活塞顶部的压簧安装在升降托架上,样品固定板安装在升降托架中,样品固定板上制有插孔,压力活塞可插入该插孔内;上述插孔与压力活塞、传感器拉杆在一条轴心线上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹簧码结构小尺寸膏药粘着力测试执行机构,其特征在于:上述插孔与压力活塞的外圆、端面和传感器拉杆的外圆、端面相吻合。
