a presente invenção se refere a um método para a diferenciação das células estaminais pluripotentes (pscs) em cardiomiócitos. além disso, a presente invenção se refere a um método para a diferenciação das células estaminais embrionárias humanas (hescs) e células estaminais pluripotentes induzidas (ipscs) em cardiomiócitos definidas com base em etapas de ligação de induções do meio quimicamente definido.
