本实用新型涉及电路板风干装置，特别是一种电路板强制风干设备。
背景技术
线路板即印制电路板，又称印刷电路板，是电子元器件电气连接的提供者，采用电路板的主要优点是大大减少布线和装配的差错，提高了自动化水平和生产劳动率。线路板以绝缘板为基材，切成一定尺寸，其上至少附有一个导电图形，并布有孔（如元件孔、紧固孔、金属化孔等），用来代替以往装置电子元器件的底盘，并实现电子元器件之间的相互连接。
随着科学技术的提高，电子设备迅速发展，它已融入进我们的生活中，特别是手机的普片使用。电子设备的增多，必然的也就需要大量的电路板，这对生产电路板的企业来说，是一个良好的机遇，但是行业竞争压力也就随着增大，目前提高电路板生产效率和生产良率是电路板生产厂商必不可少的一个研究课题。
在电路板生产过程中，需要对电路板进行风干，若是能快速、高效、高质量的对电路板进行风干，将对电路板生产效率有着显著的提高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点，提供一种风干效率高、风干效果好和使用寿命长的电路板强制风干设备。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：一种电路板强制风干设备，它包括机架、输送装置和风干装置，所述的输送装置安装在机架上，并匀速输送电路板，所述的机架上跨设有一风罩，风罩内并排设置有发热管，发热管位于输送装置上方，所述的发热管上方竖直设置有多个风干装置，所述的风干装置由风叶和驱动风叶转动的电机组成，所述的电机安装在风罩的顶部，所述的风罩顶部还设置有多个进风口。
所述的输送装置包括多个并排间隔设置的轴杆、以及驱动轴杆转动的输送电机，所述的轴杆上并排间隔设置有多个防滑圈。
所述的机架下方设置有一出风箱。
所述的进风口上设置有防护圈。
本实用新型具有以下优点：本实用新型的风干设备，风罩内设置发热管，发热管使风罩内的温度升高，并且风罩内设置有风干装置，在叶片高速旋转作用下，使风罩内形成暖气流，然后对电路板进行风干，因此他具有电路板风干效率高和风干效果好的优点；进风口设置有防护圈，能够有效的拦截颗粒物质，从而避免了颗粒物质损坏风叶和电路板，提高了设备的使用寿命和降低了电路板的报废率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述，本实用新型的保护范围不局限于以下所述：
如图1所示，一种电路板强制风干设备，它包括机架1、输送装置和风干装置，所述的输送装置安装在机架1上，并匀速输送电路板，所述的机架1上跨设有一风罩7，风罩7内并排设置有发热管4，发热管4位于输送装置上方，所述的发热管4上方竖直设置有多个风干装置，所述的风干装置由风叶6和驱动风叶6转动的电机5组成，所述的电机5安装在风罩7的顶部，如图2所示，所述的风罩7顶部还设置有多个进风口8，机架1下方设置有一出风箱10，电机5工作时，叶片6高速旋转，从而使风罩7内形成负压，外部的空气从进风口8进入风罩7，而风罩7内的空气在叶片6旋转的作用下，沿图1中箭头的方向，自上而下的流动，而出风箱10对风罩7内的空气有一个导流的作用，避免了空气将输送装置上的电路板吹起。
在本实施例中，所述的输送装置包括多个并排间隔设置的轴杆2、以及驱动轴杆2转动的输送电机，所述的轴杆2上并排间隔设置有多个防滑圈3，电路板放置在输送装置上，由防滑圈3支撑，输送电机带动轴杆2转动，防滑圈3跟着转动，从而实现电路板的运输，因防滑圈3上设置有防滑的刻纹，能够有效的避免电路板打滑，从而提高电路板输送效率。
在本实施例中，进风口上设置有防护圈9，防护圈9由多个同心的圆圈组成，可根据实际情况，对防护圈9上的圆圈的疏密程度进行调整，当防护圈9上的圆圈密集时，可以有效的拦截颗粒物质进入风罩内，从而避免颗粒物质损坏风叶和电路板，提高了设备的使用寿命和降低了电路板的报废率
本实用新型的工作过程如下：电路板经输送装置输送进入风罩7，风罩7内的发热管4发热，使风罩7内的温度升高，风罩7内的空气在叶片6旋转的作用下，风罩7内的空气对电路板进行快速风干，然后再沿着出风箱10流出。

1.一种电路板强制风干设备，其特征在于：它包括机架（1）、输送装置和风干装置，所述的输送装置安装在机架（1）上，并匀速输送电路板，所述的机架（1）上跨设有一风罩（7），风罩（7）内并排设置有发热管（4），发热管（4）位于输送装置上方，所述的发热管（4）上方竖直设置有多个风干装置，所述的风干装置由风叶（6）和驱动风叶（6）转动的电机（5）组成，所述的电机（5）安装在风罩（7）的顶部，所述的风罩（7）顶部还设置有多个进风口（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电路板强制风干设备，其特征在于：所述的输送装置包括多个并排间隔设置的轴杆（2）、以及驱动轴杆（2）转动的输送电机，所述的轴杆（2）上并排间隔设置有多个防滑圈（3）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电路板强制风干设备，其特征在于：所述的机架（1）下方设置有一出风箱（10）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电路板强制风干设备，其特征在于：所述的进风口（8）上设置有防护圈（9）。
