本实用新型涉及一种法兰焊接单面座板，尤其涉及一种船用带锌块座板。
背景技术
法兰焊接单面座板主要用在船体上以连接船体管路等。现有技术中，一般是直接将法兰直接焊接在船体壁面上，然后在法兰上安装管路。但这种方式直接将法兰和管路暴露在海水等具有腐蚀性的水质中，这会导致管路和法兰部分极易受到腐蚀，从而增加钢质管路更换和修理的周期，增加船舶运营成本。若能设计一种新型结构来避免海水直接与钢质管路等直接接触，则能很好地解决上述问题。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、能延长船舶钢质管路使用寿命并能降低维护成本的船用带锌块座板。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：本实用新型包括与船体壁面焊接连接的法兰焊接单面座板，在所述法兰焊接单面座板上与船体壁面向接触的一面上设置有台阶，在所述台阶处配合有锌环，所述锌环通过一钢架来固定支撑。
进一步地，所述锌环与所述台阶之间间隙配合。
进一步地，在所述锌环上设置有卡槽，所述钢架卡紧在所述卡槽内。
更进一步地，所述钢架由与所述卡槽相配合的直线段环和卡紧在船体壁面开口内的支撑段环组成，所述直线段环与所述支撑段环一体成型。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于本实用新型包括与船体壁面焊接连接的法兰焊接单面座板，在所述法兰焊接单面座板上与船体壁面向接触的一面上设置有台阶，在所述台阶处配合有锌环，所述锌环通过一钢架来固定支撑，所以，本实用新型在法兰焊接单面座板内设置锌环，通过牺牲阳极保护法，通过活性更高的锌环来对钢质法兰和管路形成包围，海水先腐蚀锌环，避免钢质法兰和管路直接暴露在海水中，从而起到保护法兰和管路的目的；同时，本实用新型结构简单，能有效延长船舶钢质管路使用寿命并能降低维护成本。

具体实施方式
    如图1所示，在本实施例中，本实用新型包括与船体壁面焊接连接的法兰焊接单面座板1。在所述法兰焊接单面座板1上与船体壁面5向接触的一面上设置有台阶2，在所述台阶2处配合有锌环3，所述锌环3通过一钢架4来固定支撑。所述锌环3与所述台阶2之间间隙配合。在所述锌环3上设置有卡槽，所述钢架4卡紧在所述卡槽内。所述钢架4由与所述卡槽相配合的直线段环41和卡紧在船体壁面开口内的支撑段环42组成，所述直线段环41与所述支撑段环42一体成型。与传统技术相比，本实用新型通过牺牲阳极保护法，用活性更高的锌环来对钢质法兰和管路形成包围，海水先腐蚀锌环，避免钢质法兰和管路直接暴露在海水中，从而起到保护法兰和管路的目的，可以应用于各种海水箱柜、海水管路中，可以有效减缓管路和附件被海水腐蚀，从而缩短钢质管路和附件的更换和修理周期，降低船舶运营成本。
本实用新型可应用于船舶设备领域。

1.一种船用带锌块座板，包括与船体壁面焊接连接的法兰焊接单面座板（1），其特征在于：在所述法兰焊接单面座板（1）上与船体壁面向接触的一面上设置有台阶（2），在所述台阶（2）处配合有锌环（3），所述锌环（3）通过一钢架（4）来固定支撑。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种船用带锌块座板，其特征在于：在所述锌环（3）上设置有卡槽，所述钢架（4）卡紧在所述卡槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种船用带锌块座板，其特征在于：所述钢架（4）由与所述卡槽相配合的直线段环（41）和卡紧在船体壁面开口内的支撑段环（42）组成，所述直线段环（41）与所述支撑段环（42）一体成型。
