Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种可翻转多向输送机,包括支撑座、皮带输送机和举升装置;所述皮带输送机包括支撑段和举升段,所述支撑段的一端连接所述举升段的一端,所述支撑段固定设置于所述支撑座上;所述举升装置用于控制所述举升段的升降,其一端固定连接于所述支撑座上,另一端固定连接于所述举升段上。本实用新型通过皮带输送机进行输送,方便快捷,通过性强,且具有连续性加沙的特点,提高了工作效率;通过举升装置进行皮带输送机的升降以适应不同高度的储砂容器,升降幅度大;本实用新型还具有操作简单、人工劳动成本低和安全性高的特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及运输或贮存装置技术领域,尤其是一种可翻转多向输送机。
背景技术
油田压裂施工特别是大规模压裂施工时,需要大量的压裂支撑剂,但是关于在施工现场如何将支撑剂安全高效的填充到储藏容器内的问题,一直没有安全、高效的解决方案和设备。目前比较常见的方法是采用吊车吊着砂袋,在空中运移到储砂容器的上方,然后破袋投料到储砂容器内。这种方式存在着安全性差、效率低、对吊车操作人员技能要求高、人员劳动强度大、只能间断性几乎实现不了连续性加砂等缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种可翻转多向输送机,所要解决的技术问题是传统的用于油田压裂施工设备中存在的安全性差、效率低、对吊车操作人员技能要求高、人员劳动强度大、不能连续性加砂的问题。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种可翻转多向输送机,包括支撑座、皮带输送机和举升装置;所述皮带输送机包括支撑段和举升段,所述支撑段的一端连接所述举升段的一端,所述支撑段固定设置于所述支撑座上;所述举升装置用于控制所述举升段的升降,其一端固定连接于所述支撑座上,另一端固定连接于所述举升段上。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过皮带输送机进行输送,方便快捷,通过性强,且具有连续性加沙的特点,提高了工作效率;通过举升装置进行皮带输送机的升降以适应不同高度的储砂容器,升降幅度大;本实用新型还具有操作简单、人工劳动成本低和安全性高的特点。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本实用新型还可以做如下改进。
进一步,还包括运载装置,所述运载装置包括运输设备以及设置于所述运输设备上的承载平台,所述支撑座设置在所述承载平台的一端的上表面。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是使得该可翻转多向输送机的位置转移更加方便。
进一步,所述皮带输送机还包括进料口段和出料口段,所述进料口段的一端连接所述支撑段的另一端;所述出料口段的一端连接所述举升段的另一端。
进一步,所述皮带输送机的相邻两段之间的连接方式为铰接或轴承连接。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是对皮带输送机进行分段,相邻的每两段之间采用铰接或轴承连接的方式,使得皮带输送机的灵活性和适应性更强,可以根据需要变换皮带输送机的形状结构。
进一步,所述皮带输送机的进料口处设有进料斗,所述皮带输送机的出料口处设有出料斗。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是设置进料斗可以有效控制物料的流动方向,避免因物料堆积或输送速度过大导致物料从皮带溢出,造成浪费和损失;设置出料斗可以使得物料输出比较集中,不会由于分散而导致填充不到位,造成浪费。
进一步,还包括有执行机构,所述执行机构控制所述皮带输送机的相邻的两段以铰接点为中心点进行旋转定位,具体为:所述支撑段是固定于所述支撑座的顶端的,该支撑段的两端分别铰接进料口段和举升段,所述执行机构控制所述进料口段和举升段分别以铰接点为中心点旋转到所需的位置后定位;所述举升段的另一端铰接出料口段,所述执行机构控制所述出料口段以该铰接点为中心点旋转到所需的位置后定位。

在一具体实施方式中,如图1、图2、图3所示,一种可翻转多向输送机,包括支撑座2、皮带输送机3和举升装置4;所述皮带输送机3包括支撑段和举升段,所述支撑段的一端连接所述举升段的一端,所述支撑段固定设置于所述支撑座2上;所述举升装置4用于控制所述举升段的升降,其一端固定连接于所述支撑座2上,另一端固定连接于所述举升段上。
该可翻转多向输送机还包括运载装置1,所述运载装置1包括运输设备以及设置于所述运输设备上的承载平台,所述支撑座2设置在所述承载平台的一端的上表面,使得该可翻转多向输送机的位置转移更加方便。
所述皮带输送机3还包括进料口段和出料口段,所述进料口段的一端连接所述支撑段的另一端;所述出料口段的一端连接所述举升段的另一端。
所述皮带输送机3的相邻两段之间的连接方式为铰接或轴承连接。
对皮带输送机3进行分段,相邻的每两段之间采用铰接或轴承连接的方式,使得皮带输送机3的灵活性和适应性更强,可以根据需要变换皮带输送机3的形状结构。
所述皮带输送机3的进料口处设有进料斗5,所述皮带输送机3的出料口处设有出料斗6。

所述举升装置4为可伸缩的杆状结构,能够有效地控制所述举升段的升降。
该可翻转多向输送机还包括操作平台,所述操作平台为远程或本地操作平台,用于控制所述支撑座2的旋转和所述举升装置4的伸缩,操作起来更加直观,简单便捷,减少误操作的可能。

1.一种可翻转多向输送机,其特征在于,包括支撑座(2)、皮带输送机(3)和举升装置(4);所述皮带输送机(3)包括支撑段和举升段,所述支撑段的一端连接所述举升段的一端,所述支撑段固定设置于所述支撑座(2)上;所述举升装置(4)用于控制所述举升段的升降,其一端固定连接于所述支撑座(2)上,另一端固定连接于所述举升段上。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种可翻转多向输送机,其特征在于,还包括运载装置(1),所述运载装置(1)包括运输设备以及设置于所述运输设备上的承载平台,所述支撑座(2)设置在所述承载平台的一端的上表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种可翻转多向输送机,其特征在于,所述皮带输送机(3)还包括进料口段和出料口段,所述进料口段的一端连接所述支撑段的另一端;所述出料口段的一端连接所述举升段的另一端。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述一种可翻转多向输送机,其特征在于,所述皮带输送机(3)的相邻两段之间的连接方式为铰接或轴承连接。
5.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述一种可翻转多向输送机,其特征在于,所述皮带输送机(3)的进料口处设有进料斗(5),所述皮带输送机(3)的出料口处设有出料斗(6)。
6.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述一种可翻转多向输送机,其特征在于,还包括有执行机构,所述执行机构控制所述皮带输送机(3)的相邻的两段以铰接点为中心点进行旋转定位。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种可翻转多向输送机,其特征在于,所述执行机构为油缸或电缸。
8.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述一种可翻转多向输送机,其特征在于,所述支撑座(2)为可旋转支撑座。
9.根据权利要求8所述一种可翻转多向输送机,其特征在于,所述举升装置(4)为可伸缩的杆状结构。
10.根据权利要求9所述一种可翻转多向输送机,其特征在于,还包括操作平台,所述操作平台为远程或本地操作平台,用于控制所述支撑座(2)的旋转和所述举升装置(4)的伸缩。
