本实用新型公开了防水散热的LED显示屏灯箱,包括箱体外壳、电路板、LED灯,其特征在于,所述箱体外壳正面没有LED灯的地方涂有防水材料,所述LED灯与所述电路板之间设有绝缘隔热层,所述箱体后部设有吸热层和散热层,所述电路板与吸热层之间呈空腔结构,所述箱体背面设有散热翅片,翅片尾部与水平线夹角为60°并向下倾斜,所述散热层为呈百叶窗结构的铝散热片。本实用新型能够起到良好的散热效果,并且有效起到防水的作用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉一种显示屏灯箱,具体是涉及一种有良好散热以及防水作用的LED显示屏灯箱。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,LED 显示屏被广泛的运用在生活和生产中,但LED功率的不断加大,使LED显示屏散热成为一项艰巨的任务,LED的光衰或其寿命是直接和其结温有关,散热不好结温就高,寿命就短。所以解决LED散热问题成为当今提高LED性能,发展LED产业的主要问题。另外,LED显示屏较多用于户外,在户外,风吹日晒雨淋不可避免,所以LED显示屏的防水设计也面临挑战。中国专利CN 203480785公开了一种防水散热LED显示屏模组,该显示屏能达到防水散热的效果,但是其小型通孔的设计使防水方面不能达到较好的效果,因此在更好的防水方面需要改进。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本实用新型提供一种防水散热的LED显示屏灯箱
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
防水散热的LED显示屏灯箱,包括箱体外壳、电路板、LED灯,其特征在于,所述箱体外壳正面没有LED灯的地方涂有防水材料,所述LED灯与所述电路板之间设有绝缘隔热层,所述箱体后部设有吸热层和散热层,所述电路板与吸热层之间呈空腔结构,所述箱体背面设有散热翅片,翅片尾部与水平线夹角为60°并向下倾斜。
所述散热层为呈百叶窗结构的铝散热片。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型能够起到良好的散热效果,并且有效起到防水的作用,保证雨水不会流进LED显示屏灯箱内部。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供的防水散热的LED显示屏灯箱,在现有LED显示屏灯箱的基础上进一步改进,保证在LED显示屏正常使用的情况下,起到良好的防水、散热的效果。具体结构参见图1。
灯箱1的正面(即亮灯面)设有若干个LED灯3,LED灯3安装在电路板2上,且LED灯3与电路板2之间设有绝缘隔热层5,在灯箱1的正面,没有LED灯的位置涂有防水材料4,这保证雨水不会通过LED灯的缝隙进入箱体内。
灯箱1的后部分设有吸热层6和散热层7,吸热层6与电路板2之间呈空腔结构。在灯箱1的背面(即亮灯面的对立面)设置成为翅片的结构,散热翅片8使雨水不会进入箱体。散热翅片8的翅片向下倾斜,且与水平线之间的角度为60°。
为了达到更好的散热效果,优选地,散热层7设为呈百叶窗结构的铝散热片。
整个LED显示屏灯箱结构起到了良好的散热的效果,并且在现有技术的基础上能增加其防水的效果,有效延长了LED显示屏的使用寿命。
以上所述仅是本发明创造的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造所述原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明创造的保护范围。

1.防水散热的LED显示屏灯箱,包括箱体外壳、电路板、LED灯,其特征在于,所述箱体外壳正面没有LED灯的地方涂有防水材料,所述LED灯与所述电路板之间设有绝缘隔热层,所述箱体后部设有吸热层和散热层,所述电路板与吸热层之间呈空腔结构,所述箱体背面设有散热翅片,翅片尾部与水平线夹角为60°并向下倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水散热的LED显示屏灯箱,其特征还在于,所述散热层为呈百叶窗结构的铝散热片。
