一种LED路灯,包括电源系统、壳体及LED线路板,其特点是壳体内为中空的空腔,空腔的左右两侧开有散热孔,壳体上端设有圆弧鳍片,壳体的下端为均匀排列的安装基座,安装基座的两端设定位孔,LED线路板通过定位孔固定在壳体的安装基座上。本实用新型的LED路灯结构简单、节能环保,在确保空气散热的同时,还充分利用车辆经过时产生的气流进行散热,气流方向与散热鳍片方向一致,加快了空气在散热片上的流动,加速了热量传递,且可防止雨水进入壳体内。

  本实用新型涉及一种LED路灯。
背景技术
路灯是城市照明的重要组成部分,其耗电占据整个照明用电的很大部分,新型LED路灯的使用对城市照明节能环保具有十分重要的意义。由于LED本身耐温能力比较差,LED芯片工作环境的温度必须保证≤85℃,但是大功率LED工作时产生的热量非常大,如何解决大功率LED的散热问题成为固态照明领域的热点,LED热积累引发的光衰也成为LED道路照明光源推广使用的瓶颈。
实用新型内容
    本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单、散热效果好、节能环保的LED路灯。
    本实用新型的LED路灯,包括电源系统、壳体及LED线路板,其特点是壳体内为中空的空腔,空腔的左右两侧开有散热孔,壳体上端设有圆弧鳍片,壳体的下端为均匀排列的安装基座,安装基座的两端设有定位孔,LED线路板通过定位孔固定在壳体的安装基座上。
    本实用新型的LED路灯结构简单,为了增大散热面积,加快大功率LED的热量传递,将壳体设计为中空结构,为了增加空气对流,在壳体左右两侧设计空气对流散热孔,同时在壳体上设散热鳍片,这些结构在确保空气散热的同时,还可充分利用车辆经过时产生的气流进行散热,气流方向与散热鳍片方向一致,加快了空气在散热片上的流动,加快了热量传递,且可防止雨水进入壳。

    实施例如图1-3所示:一种LED路灯,包括电源系统1、壳体2及LED线路板,壳体2内为中空的空腔4,空腔4的左右两侧开有散热孔5,壳体2上端设有圆弧鳍片3,壳体2的下端为均匀排列的安装基座6,安装基座6的两端设有定位孔7,LED线路板通过定位孔7固定在壳体2的安装基座6上。

1.一种LED路灯,包括电源系统(1)、壳体(2)及LED线路板,其特征在于:壳体(2)内为中空的空腔(4),空腔(4)的左右两侧开有散热孔(5),壳体(2)上端设有圆弧鳍片(3),壳体(2)的下端为均匀排列的安装基座(6),安装基座(6)的两端设有定位孔(7),LED线路板通过定位孔(7)固定在壳体(2)的安装基座(6)上。
