本实用新型公开了适用于大屏幕LED显示屏的散热装置,包括LED显示屏箱体、LED灯面板、电路板,其特征在于,还包括隔热板、散热面板、强力风扇、散热翅片;所述隔热板设于LED灯面板和电路板之间;所述散热面板与电路板相连;所述强力风扇一面正对于所述电路板中间,另一面连有散热翅片。散热翅片尾部向上倾斜,另外,电路板和散热面板之间还涂有导热硅脂。本实用新型的散热装置能有效地将LED显示屏内部的热量散出,增加LED显示屏使用寿命,并且本实用新型结构合理,拆装方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED显示装置,尤其是在LED显示屏中其重要作用的散热装置。
背景技术
随着LED显示屏的扩大应用,LED显示屏的屏幕也是逐渐增大。LED光源产生的能量,除了作为可视光消耗之外,其它能量都转换成了热。由于现在电子产品逐渐向高密度,高集成度发展,LED产品也不例外。LED功率加大,散热也成为一项艰巨的任务,LED的光衰或其寿命是直接和其结温有关,散热不好结温就高,寿命就短。这个LED显示屏的散热提出了更高的要求。中国专利CN 203554880 U提出了一种LED显示屏的散热装置,但是该装置涉及到的半导体制冷器半导体制冷器制冷系数较小,而相对耗电量很大,对于较大屏幕或者需要有较大散热效率的散热装置的显示屏来说就不适用了。现在就需要一种适用于较大屏幕的LED显示屏的散热装置。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本实用新型提供一种适用于大屏幕LED显示屏的散热装置,通过一系列导热散热装置,保证大屏幕的LED显示屏正常散热,以便增加LED显示屏的寿命。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
适用于大屏幕LED显示屏的散热装置,包括LED显示屏箱体、LED灯面板、电路板,其特征在于,还包括隔热板、散热面板、强力风扇、散热翅片;
所述隔热板设于LED灯面板和电路板之间;
所述散热面板与电路板相连;
所述强力风扇一面正对于所述电路板中间,另一面连有散热翅片。
所述电路板和散热面板之间涂有导热硅脂。
所述散热翅片的片尾向上倾斜。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型的LED显示屏的散热装置能有效地将LED显示屏内部的热量散出,增加LED显示屏使用寿命,并且本实用新型结构合理,拆装方便。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型提供的适用于大屏幕LED显示屏的散热装置,包括了LED显示屏箱体1,其前端设有LED灯面板3,电路板4设在LED灯面板3后面,电路板4和LED灯面板3之间设有隔热板2,避免电路板4和LED灯面板3之间的的热传递,电路板4后面设有散热面板5,电路板4和散热面板5之间涂有利于导热的导热硅胶,散热面版5将电路板4产生的热量吸收并散发到箱体后面的强力风扇6上,强力风扇6将热量以风的形式经由散热翅片7散发的空气当中,散热翅片7的片尾向上倾斜,保证热量不会喷射到路面。

1.适用于大屏幕LED显示屏的散热装置,包括LED显示屏箱体、LED灯面板、电路板,其特征在于,还包括隔热板、散热面板、强力风扇、散热翅片;
所述隔热板设于LED灯面板和电路板之间;
所述散热面板与电路板相连;
所述强力风扇一面正对于所述电路板中间,另一面连有散热翅片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于大屏幕LED显示屏的散热装置,其特征还在于,所述电路板和散热面板之间涂有导热硅脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于大屏幕LED显示屏的散热装置,其特征还在于,所述散热翅片的片尾向上倾斜。
