背景技术
管道常被用于输送水、煤气等流体。在低温环境下，普通管道没有保温措施，常常遇到流体在管道内凝固，甚至堵塞管道或者破坏阀门，对生产生活带来潜在不便甚至威胁。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种蒸汽内循环保温球阀。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种蒸汽内循环保温球阀，包括阀体、球体、下阀杆，其特征在于：在球体壁内设置有蒸汽预热腔，下阀杆内设置有蒸汽进气孔和蒸汽出气孔，该进气孔和蒸汽出气孔与球体的蒸汽预热腔连通。
所述蒸汽预热腔为环状结构，与进气孔和蒸汽出气孔连通形成蒸汽循环通道。
其工作原理如下：
将高温蒸汽通过蒸汽进气孔输入到蒸汽预热腔，蒸汽将热量传导至球体，对球体内的流体加热，然后蒸汽从蒸汽出气孔排出。
本实用新型的优点在于：原理简单，经济实用。

如图所示，本蒸汽内循环保温球阀包括阀体6、球体5、下阀杆1、蒸汽预热腔4，下阀杆1设置在阀体6下部，下阀杆1上设有蒸汽进气孔2和蒸汽出气孔3，球体5内设有蒸汽预热腔4，蒸汽进气孔2和蒸汽出气孔3都与蒸汽预热腔相连。
本实用新型可以对球阀内部流道加热保温，使输送的流体顺利通过，保温温度小于或等于200℃。

1.一种蒸汽内循环保温球阀，包括阀体、球体、下阀杆，其特征在于：在球体壁内设置有蒸汽预热腔，下阀杆内设置有蒸汽进气孔和蒸汽出气孔，该进气孔和蒸汽出气孔与球体的蒸汽预热腔连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的蒸汽内循环保温球阀，其特征在于：蒸汽预热腔为环状结构，与进气孔和蒸汽出气孔连通形成蒸汽循环通道。
