Abstract
本发明公开了一种高效节能的铸铝体，包括铸铝体、发热管以及通水管，其特征在于：所述的铸铝体为环形桶结构，通过外框和内框组成，所述的外框和内框之间设有与铸铝体高度相配合的U型的发热管，所述的通水管以螺旋形状设于发热管内，所述的通水管一端为进水口，另一端为蒸汽出口，该进水口伸出铸铝体上端，蒸汽出口伸出铸铝体下端。本发明的铸铝体进水、加热、出气的过程同时进行，可有效防止水垢的形成，既节能又高效，产生的温度高，安全快速。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水蒸汽发热技术领域，尤其是一种高效节能的铸铝体。
背景技术
目前，广泛使用的蒸柜种类繁多，其使用到的发热器都存在缺点和不足，如耗电量大，对蒸柜的材料要求不高，使蒸汽容易溢走；加热速度慢，加热的温度低(一般为100℃)；长时间的使用容易产生水水垢等缺点，所以我们需要一种能解决以上缺点的蒸汽发热器。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种效果好、实用性强的一种高效节能的铸铝体。
为达到上述目的，本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种高效节能的铸铝体，包括铸铝体、发热管以及通水管，其特征在于：所述的铸铝体为环形桶结构，通过外框和内框组成，所述的外框和内框之间设有与铸铝体高度相配合的U型的发热管，所述的通水管以螺旋形状设于发热管内，所述的通水管一端为进水口，另一端为蒸汽出口，该进水口伸出铸铝体上端，蒸汽出口伸出铸铝体下端。
进一步，所述的通水管为波纹管或内置弹簧的不锈钢钢管。
进一步，所述的发热管为微波管或电热管或任何发热管，该发热管在铸铝体内设有5-20条。
进一步，所述的外框和内框材质为不锈钢。
本发明的有益效果是：铸铝体进气、加热、出气的过程同时进行，可有效防止水垢的形成，既节能又高效，产生的温度高，安全快速。

为了对本发明的结构、特征及其功效，能有更进一步地了解和认识，现举一较佳实施例，并结合附图详细说明如下：
如图1所示，本实施例所描述的一种高效节能的铸铝体，它主要包括铸铝体1、发热管4以及通水管5，其特征在于：所述的铸铝体1为环形桶结构，通过外框2和内框3组成，如图1和2，所述的外框2和内框3之间设有与铸铝体1高度相配合的U型的发热管4，如图3所述的通水管5以螺旋形状设于发热管4内，所述的通水管5一端为进水口6，另一端为蒸汽出口7，该进水口6伸出铸铝体1上端，蒸汽出口7伸出铸铝体1下端，所述的通水管5为波纹管或内置弹簧的不锈钢钢管，所述的发热管4为微波管或电热管或任何发热管，该发热管4在铸铝体1内设有5-20条，所述的外框2和内框3材质为不锈钢，中间通过铝合金浇注填充。
实施实例一，通水管5上的进水口6连接自来水，通过自来水水压自动进水，利用发热管4与螺旋形状的通水管5的充分结合使水快速充分受热；进水、加热、出气三个过程同时进行，有效地防止水垢的形成，不需要使用锅炉所要求的高压容器，温度可通过控制功率达到100℃-500℃，使该装置比常规产品出蒸汽速度快80％，节能40％。
本发明的铸铝体进气、加热、出气的过程同时进行，可有效防止水垢的形成，既节能又高效，产生的温度高，安全快速。

Claims (4)
1.一种高效节能的铸铝体，包括铸铝体（1）、发热管（4）以及通水管（5），其特征在于：所述的铸铝体（1）为环形桶结构，通过外框（2）和内框（3）组成，所述的外框（2）和内框（3）之间设有与铸铝体（1）高度相配合的U型的发热管（4），所述的通水管（5）以螺旋形状设于发热管（4）内，所述的通水管（5）一端为进水口（6），另一端为蒸汽出口（7），该进水口（6）伸出铸铝体（1）上端，蒸汽出口（7）伸出铸铝体（1）下端。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高效节能的铸铝体，其特征在于：所述的通水管（5）为波纹管或内置弹簧的不锈钢钢管。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高效节能的铸铝体，其特征在于：所述的发热管（4）为微波管或电热管或任何发热管，该发热管（4）在铸铝体（1）内设有5-20条。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高效节能的铸铝体，其特征在于：所述的外框（2）和内框（3）材质为不锈钢，中间通过铝合金浇注填充。
