本实用新型公开了一种弹簧换热管,包括管体,所述的管体内装设有弹簧条,该管体内壁设有与弹簧相配合的凹槽,所述的管体一端设有进水口,另一端设有出水口,所述的进水口和出水口上均设有螺纹;本实用新型旨在提供一种耐高温耐高压、不易破裂、使用寿命长、可降低水流速度、增加水流的行程、增加受热面积的弹簧换热管,该弹簧换热管也可使水及蒸汽更加充分受热。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种换热元件,具体地说,尤其是一种弹簧换热管。
背景技术
目前,在蒸汽制造过程中需要一种波纹换热管,但这种波纹换热管管壁薄,导致耐压低、易破裂,而且波纹换热管只有管壁呈螺纹型,用于水及蒸汽加热过程中,受热面积小,水流速度快,从而需要很长的波纹换热管才能使水及蒸汽受热充分;这种波纹换热管的管端需要焊接连接,从而造成不必要的麻烦。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于针对上述的问题,提供一种耐高温耐高压、不易破裂、使用寿命长、可降低水流速度、增加水流的行程、增加受热面积的弹簧换热管,该弹簧换热管也可使水及蒸汽更加充分受热。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种弹簧换热管,包括管体,所述的管体内装设有弹簧条,所述的管体一端设有进水口,另一端设有出汽口,所述的进水口和出汽口上均设有螺纹。
上述的一种弹簧换热管中,所述的管体和弹簧条均呈螺旋型。
上述的一种弹簧换热管中,所述的管体和弹簧条均采用不锈钢材料。
上述的一种弹簧换热管中,所述的管体的管壁厚度不少于0.5mm。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:
(1)可代替波纹换热管,解决波纹换热管耐压低、易破裂的缺点。
(2)在水及蒸汽加热过程中,可有效增加受热面积,降低水流速度,使管内的水及蒸汽受热充分。
(3)管体和弹簧条可任意弯曲,使用方便。
(4)管体两端均设有螺纹,方便接驳,可减少焊接所带来的麻烦。

具体实施方式
结合图1至图3所示的一种弹簧换热管,包括管体1,所述的管体1的管壁厚度不少于0.5mm,所述的管体1内装设有弹簧条3,所述的管体1一端设有进水口,另一端设有出汽口,所述的进水口和出汽口上均设有螺纹2。
如图3所示,所述的管体1和弹簧条3均采用不锈钢材料,可将管体1弯曲成螺旋状,形成螺旋管,同时,弹簧条3同样随着管体1形成螺旋状,水从进水口进去后,水会沿着螺旋管及弹簧条3缓慢向下流,使水充分受热形成蒸汽,并使蒸汽再接受加热,以达到更高的温度。
本实用新型可代替传统波纹换热管,解决波纹换热管耐压低、易破裂的缺点,而且管体两端均设有螺纹,方便接驳,可减少焊接所带来的麻烦。

1.一种弹簧换热管,包括管体(1),所述的管体(1)内装设有弹簧条(3),所述的管体(1)一端设有进水口,另一端设有出汽口,所述的进水口和出汽口上均设有螺纹(2),其特征在于,所述的管体(1)和弹簧条(3)均呈螺旋型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹簧换热管,其特征在于,所述的管体(1)和弹簧条(3)均采用不锈钢材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹簧换热管,其特征在于,所述的管体(1)的管壁厚度不少于0.5mm。
