目前碳化硼烧结炉有的是自然冷却,有的用制冷机冷却。自然冷却太慢,延误生产工期;用制冷机冷却,制冷不均匀,容易导致产品破裂,不但增加了生产成本,还影响了产品质量,制冷设备不但耗能还污染环境。
发明内容
本实用新型克服了现有碳化硼烧结炉降温系统不均匀,容易导致产品断裂,又污染环境的不足,本实用新型提供了一种水流冷却系统,不但冷却效果好,还可以用于取暖,热量回收、节能环保。
本实用新型为解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:碳化硼烧结炉降温系统,由冷却盘管、喷水孔、接水槽、水管、管道泵、三通阀门、暖气进水口、暖气片、暖气出口、补水口构成,其特征是冷却盘管用圆管盘在烧结炉外侧上顶,盘管体均匀设置喷水孔,碳化硼烧结炉底侧圆周设置凹形接水槽,槽体外侧接水管,水管中间设置管道泵,管道泵的出水端接有三通阀门的进水端,三通阀门的一出水端备用,三通阀门另一个出水端接暖气的进水口,暖气的进水口与暖气片、暖气出水口、补水口、冷却盘管顺序连接。
本实用新型结构简单、降温效果好、大大提高了产品质量,还使废热、废水得到了循环利用。

在图1中,冷却盘管(1)用圆管盘在烧结炉外侧上顶,盘管体均匀设置喷水孔(2),碳化硼烧结炉底侧圆周设置凹形接水槽(3),接水槽(3)外侧接水管(4),水管中间设置管道泵(5),管道泵(5)的出水端接有三通阀门(6)的进水端,三通阀门(6)的一出水端备用,三通阀门(6)另一个出水端接暖气进水口(7),暖气进水口(7)与暖气片(8)、暖气出水口(9)、补水口(10)、冷却盘管(1)顺序连接。
