技术领域
  本实用新型属于输油管道的保温装置，尤其涉及一种外敷内热式保温装置的输油管。
背景技术
目前，在油田生产和运输的过程中，冬季从采油树至井口装置的输油管（油路）、套管（气路）经常由于气温过低导致管路发生堵塞。为防止冻、凝现象的发生，需要对输油管路或套管进行保温。常用的方法是采用电热带保温。方法是将电热带缠绕在输油管路或套管上，利用电能转化成热能对其进行保温。由于电热带极易老化、损坏，而且耗电量大，不利于输油管线的保温。输油管线的保温已成为石油行业亟待解决的难题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术的不足，而提供一种在外界环境温度较低的情况下，能够对输油管内的石油进行预热保温的外敷内热式保温装置的输油管。
本实用新型为实现上述目的，采用以下技术方案：一种外敷内热式保温装置的输油管，包括带有进、出油口的输油管，其特征在于：所述输油管外表面套装环形中空的保温套，所述保温套设有与内腔联通的介质进、出口。
有益效果：保温套通过介质进、出口注入循环热水，对输油管内的石油进行预热保温，保证了石油不会冷凝造成输油管路的堵塞，使用安全，安装便捷。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。如图所示，一种外敷内热式保温装置的输油管，包括带有进、出油口1-1、1-2的输油管1，所述输油管外表面套装环形中空的保温套2，所述保温套设有与内腔联通的介质进、出口2-1、2-2。
 工作过程：水经过锅炉的加热后通过进水口进入保温套中，当石油流经带有保温套的输油管时，热水通过输油管壁对流经的石油预热，当水冷却后由出水口流入锅炉中，如此循环即完成对输油管中的石油预热。
