Abstract
本实用新型提供了压裂液的混配系统,包括吸入泵、混合器和混合罐,其还包括:设置于混合器与混合罐之间,以对压裂液进行再次混合的二次混合器;一端与吸入泵连通,并与混合器所在的混合水道形成并联的并联水道,并联水道的另一端与二次混合器连通。本实用新型中,通过增设并联水道,并使其与混合水道并联,使基液能够同时进入混合水道和并联水道两个路径中,而不是全部进入混合水道中,避免了因混合水道流量较小对混配效率造成的限制,缩短了混配时间,降低了混配能耗。并且双路径的设置方式也使得压裂液可以经过多次混配而形成,提高了混合均匀性,使压裂液的质量得到了进一步的优化。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及采油/气设备技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种压裂液的混配系统。
背景技术
油、气井在试油或生产过程中,由于近井地带有污染(钻井、固井、洗压井过程都会造成污染)或地层原始渗透率低的原因会造成油、气井的产量较低,而此问题可以通过压裂技术来解决。
压裂技术是指采油或采气过程中,利用液体压力作用,使油、气的储层形成裂缝的一种方法,其具体操作是采用高压大排量的泵,利用液体传压的原理,将具有一定粘度的液体(即压裂液),以大于储层的吸收能力的压力向储层注入,进而在井底附近地层内形成具有一定几何尺寸和高导流能力的填砂裂缝,使井达到增产增注的目的。
在现有技术中,压裂液的混配工艺是:使用吸入泵抽取基液(作为压裂液溶剂的基液一般为水或油),然后将基液送入到混合器中,使基液与胍胶粉在混合器中混合形成压裂液,然后使压裂液进入到混合罐中,并被混合罐内的搅拌器充分搅拌,搅拌完成后,压裂液被与混合罐连通的排出泵排出给下游设备。
在上述过程中,由于混合器的进液口的孔径较小,造成混合器所在的混合水道的整体流量较小,不仅影响了压裂液的混配效率,而且也会延长整体的混配时间,使得混配能耗较大。
因此,如何提高压裂液的混配效率以降低混配能耗,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供了一种压裂液的混配系统,其能够提高压裂液的混配效率,缩短了混配时间,从而降低了混配能耗。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种压裂液的混配系统,包括吸入泵、混合器和混合罐,其还包括:
设置于所述混合器与所述混合罐之间,以对所述压裂液进行再次混合的二次混合器;
一端与所述吸入泵连通,并与所述混合器所在的混合水道形成并联的并联水道,所述并联水道的另一端与所述二次混合器连通。
优选的,上述压裂液的混配系统中,所述二次混合器为扩散箱。
优选的,上述压裂液的混配系统中,还包括设置在所述并联水道上的流量控制阀。
优选的,上述压裂液的混配系统中,所述混合器为两个,并分别位于两个并联的混合支道上。
本实用新型提供的压裂液的混配系统中,在原有的结构的基础上,增设了并联水道和二次混合器,其中,并联水道与吸入泵连通,并与混合器形成并联结构,使基液只有一部分进入到混合水道中,而另一部分进入到并联水道中,进入混合水道的基液流入混合器中与胍胶粉混合,从而形成高浓度压裂液,高浓度压裂液从混合器中流出,并在混合水道中向混合罐流动,而并联管路与二次混合器连通,当高浓度压裂液流入二次混合器时,会再次与并联水道中的基液进一步混合,从而使其浓度降低,得到工艺要求浓度的压裂液,然后使压裂液进入到混合罐中进行搅拌,搅拌完成后将压裂液送至下游设备参与生产。
本实用新型中,通过增设并联水道,并使其与混合水道形成并联,使从吸入泵中流出的基液,能够同时进入混合水道和并联水道两个路径中进行流通以实现压裂液的混配,而不是全部进入混合水道中,避免了因混合水道流量较小对混配效率造成的限制,使得压裂液的混配效率进一步得到了提高,缩短了混配时间,降低了混配能耗。并且,双路径的设置方式也使得压裂液可以经过多次混配而形成,提高了压裂液自身的混合均匀性,使压裂液的质量得到了进一步的优化。

吸入泵1、混合器2、混合罐3、并联水道4、二次混合器5、流量控制阀6、吸入集管7、流量计8、干粉罐9、排出泵10、排出集管11。
具体实施方式
本实用新型提供了一种压裂液的混配系统,其能够提高压裂液的混配效率,缩短了混配时间,从而降低了混配能耗。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
如图1所示,本实用新型实施例提供的压裂液的混配系统,包括吸入泵1、混合器2和混合罐3,其还包括:
设置于混合器2与混合罐3之间,以对压裂液进行再次混合的二次混合器5;
一端与吸入泵1连通,并与混合器2所在的混合水道形成并联的并联水道4,并联水道4的另一端与二次混合器5连通。
本实施例提供的压裂液的混配系统中,在原有的结构的基础上,增设了并联水道4和二次混合器5,其中,并联水道4与吸入泵1连通,并与混合器形成并联结构,使基液(本实施例中所指的基液为清水)只有一部分进入到混合水道中,而另一部分进入到并联水道4中,进入混合水道的基液流入混合器2中与胍胶粉混合,因流经混合水道的基液量较少,所以形成的压裂液为高浓度压裂液,高浓度压裂从混合器2中导出后,从混合水道中向混合罐3流动,当高浓度压裂液流至二次混合器5中时,流经并联水道4的基液会同时进入到二次混合器5中,从而使高浓度压裂液再次与基液混合,进而使压裂液的浓度降低,以得到工艺要求浓度的压裂液,然后使压裂液进入到混合罐3中进行搅拌,并将压裂液送至下游设备参与生产。
本实施例中,通过增设并联水道4,并使其与混合水道形成并联,使从吸入泵中流出的基液,能够同时进入混合水道和并联水道4两个路径中进行流通以实现压裂液的混配,而不是全部进入混合水道中,避免了因混合水道流量较小对混配效率造成的限制,使得压裂液的混配效率进一步得到了提高,缩短了混配时间,降低了混配能耗。并且,双路径的设置方式也使得压裂液可以经过多次混配而形成,提高了压裂液自身的混合均匀性,使压裂液的质量得到了进一步的优化。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,本实施例提供的压裂液的混配系统中,二次混合器5扩散箱。本实施例中,在混合罐3附近或者在混合罐3上优选设置扩散箱,是因为扩散箱在能够实现压裂液二次混合作用的同时,还能够消除压裂液中的气泡。
优选的,本实施例提供的压裂液的混配系统中,还包括设置在并联水道4上的流量控制阀6。如图1所示,在并联水道4上设置流量控制阀6,能够对并联水道4内的基液量进行灵活的控制,以使其在与高浓度胍胶粉混合后可以得到符合工艺要求浓度的压裂液。此外,流量控制阀6还能够控制从并联水道4中进入到混合罐3中的基液量,使得混合罐3内压裂液的液位始终保持平衡,避免混合罐3内液位过高或过低而影响正常工作。
具体的,用于混合基液和胍胶粉的混合器2为两个,并分别位于两个并联的混合支道上。如图1所示,为了提高压裂液的混配效率,将混合水道分为两个流通支路,每一个流通支路上均设置有一个混合器2,从干粉罐9内输出的胍胶粉在混合器2中与基液接触并混合,以形成压裂液,由于进入到混合水道中的基液只是吸入泵1中排出基液的一部分,基液的总量较少,所以此时混配而成的压裂液的浓度较高。设置两个混合器2并使其位于两个流通支路,可以使两个混合器2能够同时进行压裂液的混合,从而提高了混配效率。当然,在实际生产环境允许的情况下,混合器2还可以为更多的数量。
如图2所示,本实施例还提供了一种压裂液的混配工艺,适用于上述的压裂液的混配系统,其包括以下步骤:
S101、使用吸入泵1通过吸入集管7从外界吸取基液;
S102、使从吸入泵1中排出的基液经过流量计8计量后,同时流入并联水道4和混合水道中;
S103、流经混合水道的基液进入混合器3中与胍胶粉混合,形成高浓度压裂液;
S104、初步混合完成后,高浓度压裂液在混合水道中流动至二次混合器5中;
S105、使流经并联水道4的基液同时进入二次混合器5中;
S106、基液与高浓度压裂液在二次混合器5中进一步混合后,然后进入混合罐3搅拌以形成成品压裂液,之后通过与混合罐3连通的排出泵10将成品压裂液排至排出集管11中,并通过排出集管11输送给下游设备。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (4)
1.一种压裂液的混配系统,包括吸入泵(1)、混合器(2)和混合罐(3),其特征在于,还包括:
设置于所述混合器(2)与所述混合罐(3)之间,以对所述压裂液进行再次混合的二次混合器(5);
一端与所述吸入泵(1)连通,并与所述混合器(2)所在的混合水道形成并联的并联水道(4),所述并联水道(4)的另一端与所述二次混合器(5)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压裂液的混配系统,其特征在于,所述二次混合器(5)为扩散箱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压裂液的混配系统,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述并联水道(4)上的流量控制阀(6)。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的压裂液的混配系统,其特征在于,所述混合器(2)为两个,并分别位于两个并联的混合支道上。
