本实用新型涉及半精纺领域，尤其涉及一种花线绕成装置。
背景技术
   花线包括多种结构，其中有一种包芯线是利用高速旋转锭子带动筒子上纱线退解，在其过程中使包覆纱线包缠到穿过中空锭杆的芯线上。这种设备目前大量用于棉纺领域中的各种包芯纱线生产。而现有中空锭子包覆机仅能生产包覆均匀、紧密的包芯线，所能生产的花线结构单一，不能生产由三种纱线绕成的花线。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构新颖的花线绕成装置，该花线绕成装置利用高速旋转锭子生产各种结构的花式线。
为了实现上述的目的，本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案：
一种花线绕成装置，包括机架和设置在机架上的挂纱架、中空锭子、纱线导向装置和由数控电机驱动的收纱座，纱线导向装置包括导纱圈和导纱钩；所述的挂纱架处于机架上部，挂纱架上设有用于安装芯线筒的芯线吊锭和用于安装浮线筒的浮线吊锭，收纱座上设有用于安装收线筒的收线位；所述的导纱圈设置在中空锭子旁，导纱钩处于中空锭子上端入口处，中空锭子由数控电机驱动，中空锭子外侧设有用于安装压线筒的安装位。
作为优选，为了便于安装和拆卸中空锭子，机架上设有用于安装中空锭子的锭子底座，中空锭子下端固定在锭子底座上。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案，该花线绕成装置上的芯线筒用于输出芯线，芯线穿过导纱钩后就直通中空锭子内部，导纱钩的作用在于确保芯线平行穿过中空锭子；浮线筒用于输出浮线，浮线直接通入中空锭子内部；压线筒用于输出压线，压线穿过导纱圈后通入中空锭子内部；在中空锭子内部压线将浮线缠绕到芯线上，由此生产出花线，收线筒受数控电机驱动转动将花线缠绕，并提供了整个纱线运输的动力，该装置结构简单、新颖，适用于将三股纱线绕成花线。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本实用新型的优选实施方案作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示的一种花线绕成装置，包括机架1和设置在机架1上的挂纱架11、中空锭子12、纱线导向装置和由数控电机驱动的收纱座13，纱线导向装置包括导纱圈2和导纱钩3。挂纱架11处于机架1上部，挂纱架11上设有用于安装芯线筒4的芯线吊锭和用于安装浮线筒5的浮线吊锭，收纱座13上设有用于安装收线筒6的收线位。为了便于安装和拆卸中空锭子12，机架1上设有用于安装中空锭子12的锭子底座14，中空锭子12下端固定在锭子底座14上，导纱圈2设置在中空锭子12旁，导纱钩3处于中空锭子12上端入口处，中空锭子12由数控电机驱动，中空锭子12外侧设有用于安装压线筒7的安装位，压线筒7设置在安装位上，即压线筒7套设在中空锭子12外侧并可伴随中空锭子12转动。
实际操作中，该花线绕成装置上的芯线筒用于输出芯线a，由于芯线a必须是无捻平行纱线，所以芯线a必须穿过导纱钩后就直通中空锭子内部，导纱钩的作用在于确保芯线a平行穿过中空锭子。浮线筒用于输出浮线b，浮线b直接通入中空锭子内部。压线筒用于输出压线c，压线c穿过导纱圈后通入中空锭子内部。由于压线筒套设在中空锭子外侧并伴随着中空锭子转动，所以在中空锭子内部压线c将浮线b缠绕到芯线a上，由此生产出花线d，收线筒受数控电机驱动转动将花线d缠绕，并提供了整个纱线运输的动力，该装置结构简单、新颖，适用于将三股纱线绕成花线。

1.一种花线绕成装置，其特征在于：包括机架和设置在机架上的挂纱架、中空锭子、纱线导向装置和由数控电机驱动的收纱座，纱线导向装置包括导纱圈和导纱钩；所述的挂纱架处于机架上部，挂纱架上设有用于安装芯线筒的芯线吊锭和用于安装浮线筒的浮线吊锭，收纱座上设有用于安装收线筒的收线位；所述的导纱圈设置在中空锭子旁，导纱钩处于中空锭子上端入口处，中空锭子由数控电机驱动，中空锭子外侧设有用于安装压线筒的安装位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种花线绕成装置，其特征在于：所述的机架上设有用于安装中空锭子的锭子底座，中空锭子下端固定在锭子底座上。
