传统的镦粗台装置的设计为：下砧不固定于下砧座上，调节高低时，直接在下砧上表面加垫块。上砧为固定式安装，由于下砧不固定，容易移位而造成品质事故，导致产品裂纹，在使用中断裂，而且在操作过程中，如果坯料表面不平整，在镦粗时导致下砧突然飞出，造成工伤事故。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种固定可调式镦粗台装置，它将下砧固定设计，提高了产品的质量，也避免了工伤事故。

固定可调式镦粗台装置，包括有相互配合的上、下垫块，其特征在于：所述上垫块的下表面上固定有上砧连接套，上砧连接套上旋装有上砧；下垫块的上表面上固定有倒T形的下砧座，下砧座上依次套装有垫片和与上砧相互配合的筒状的下砧，下砧的下端面抵在垫片上。
