[0002] 中国的钢铁企业已越来越注重二次能源的回收利用,其中具有代表性的是高炉煤 气的除尘回收,现已逐步考虑转炉一次烟气除尘及煤气回收。高炉煤气由于C0含量相对较 低、温度相对较低、初始含尘量较低等特点,目前已广泛采取干法袋式除尘器过滤收集。而 转炉一次烟气由于C0含量相对较高、温度相对较高、初始含尘浓度较高等特点,一直未能 找到安全有效的干法除尘技术,多年来普遍采用多级文丘里湿法除尘技术,但是除尘效率 很低。国家环保部门要求将转炉一次烟气除尘向高精度干法除尘技术靠拢,有少数企业采 用单级文湿法和静电干法相结合的除尘技术,但是该除尘技术对烟气含氧量、温度、湿度等 工况要求很高,无法长期有效地工作或彻底避免煤气爆炸,消除安全隐患。 实用新型内容

[0034] 塑烧板511作为过滤元件,由于其为刚性结构,不再需要骨架或笼架等部件。塑烧 板511的滤芯呈波浪式多孔结构,其具有较大的滤芯表面积,相当于平面式结构的3倍,处 理尘气量大大提高,过滤风速明显减小,过滤压损降低,喷吹压力降低节省喷吹气体,功耗 相应减少,同时能够捕捉分离亚微米尘粒,过滤效率高达99. 99%。

1. 一种高炉煤气除尘系统,其特征在于:包括按照煤气流动顺序通过管道依次连接的 转炉(1)、喷淋塔(2)、文湿法除尘器(3)、旋流脱水装置(4)和塑烧板除尘器(5)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的高炉煤气除尘系统,其特征在于:所述塑烧板除尘器(5)包 括位于上部且间隔设置的尘气室(51)和净气室(52)以及位于下部的灰斗(53); 所述塑烧板除尘器(5)内位于所述尘气室(51) -侧且位于所述净气室(52)下方的 空间,由倾斜设置的分流板(59)将该部分分隔为进气室(54)和出气室(55),所述进气室 (54)与所述尘气室(51)相连通,且与进风口(541)相连,所述出气室(55)与所述净气室 (52)相连通,且与出风口(551)相连; 所述尘气室(51)内设置有多个塑烧板(511),所述多个塑烧板(511)安装在花板 (512)上,所述花板(512)用于分隔所述尘气室(51)和所述净气室(52),位于所述净气 室(52)内的所述花板(512)上设置有多个与所述塑烧板(511)的滤芯相连通的文氏管 (521)。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的高炉煤气除尘系统,其特征在于:所述塑烧板除尘器(5) 还包括清灰系统,所述清灰系统包括多个气包(56)和多个与所述气包(56)连接的喷吹 管(57),所述喷吹管(57)上设置有多个与所述文氏管(521)位置对应且位于所述文氏管 (521)上方的喷嘴(571)。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的高炉煤气除尘系统,其特征在于:所述气包(56)与所述喷吹 管(57)的连接处设置有电磁阀(58)。
5. 根据权利要求2所述的高炉煤气除尘系统,其特征在于:所述灰斗(53)的侧壁设置 有补水管(531)和排污管(532),所述补水管(531)的高度高于所述排污管(532)的高度。
6. 根据权利要求2-5任一项所述的高炉煤气除尘系统,其特征在于:所述塑烧板(511) 的滤芯呈波浪式多孔结构。
