旋转切肉棒组包括转轴11和设置于转轴11上的多片齿轮切割刀片12。旋转切肉棒组通过皮带6由电机7带动，加大切割力，快速切割。
图2所示，相邻出料板10错开一定间距设置，间距设置为2-3厘米，出料板10的形状为半圆形。出料均匀，堵塞出料口9。
滤水带8由不锈钢滤网构成，将肉中切割过程中产生的水带出箱体外。
本实用新型的绞肉机，将肉通过进料箱2进入机箱1后，通过电机7带动转轴11旋转，使得旋转切肉棒组产生较强的切割力，肉被切碎，再从出料口9出去，其中，进料箱2末端与输送带5连接，实现快速传输物料的作用，出料口内的出料板10错开一定间距设置，使得出料快速。
