粗碎装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种橡胶粉碎设备,具体涉及一种对橡胶进行粗加工的粗碎装置。 
背景技术
随着橡胶使用量的大幅度攀升,大量的报废轮胎和废旧橡胶制品也随之产生,如不能及时处理,不仅会造成资源的浪费,而且会给社会环境带来很大的污染。虽然目前对废旧橡胶回收利用的方法很多,但无论采用何种方法都离不开对废旧橡胶进行切块和粉碎的生产工序。 
传统的橡胶粗碎装置包括机座、电动机、减速器、破胶辊、入料口和出料口。其中破胶辊设置在机座上,并由主动的沟辊和被动的光辊组成。入料口位于破胶辊的正上方,出料口则位于破胶辊的正下方。上述沟辊和光辊的轴线相平行,且沟辊和光辊相互靠近。电动机经过减速器与沟辊的转轴相连,带动沟辊旋转。沟辊的圆形表面上一般都设有轴向延伸的齿条,这些齿条呈方柱状;且在沟辊的横向剖面上,齿条的前后两侧面与沟辊的圆形表面垂直均呈90°角、齿条的前后两侧面与齿条的上端面垂直均呈90°角。然而这种粗碎装置的破胶辊结构所具有的剪切力较为有限,并且在工作时会产生较大的剪切阻力,变相的加大了电能的消耗。同时破胶过程中所产生的橡胶粉末也不易于从齿条与齿条之间的沟槽处排出至出料口,因此为了降低耗电量,提高单位时间内的单机产量仍需对其进一步改进。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种小剪切角、且排渣能力强的粗碎装置。 
为解决上述问题,本实用新型所述设计的一种粗碎装置,包括机座、电动机、破胶辊、入料口和出料口;其中破胶辊设置在机座上,并由主动的沟辊和被动的光辊组成;沟辊和光辊的轴线相平行,且沟辊和光辊相互靠近;电动机与沟辊的转轴相连,带动沟辊旋转;入料口位于破胶辊的正上方,出料口则位于破胶辊的正下方;所述的沟辊的圆形表面上设有轴向延伸的齿条;这些齿条呈梯柱状,且在沟辊的横向剖面上,齿条的前侧面与齿条的上端面之间的夹角为锐角。 
上述方案中,齿条的前侧面与齿条的上端面之间的夹角最好介于70°~80°之间。 
上述方案中,所述齿条的前侧面与沟辊的圆形表面之间的夹角为锐角。 
上述方案中,所述齿条的后侧面与齿条的上端面之间的夹角、以及齿条的后侧面与沟辊的圆形表面之间的夹角均为直角。 
作为上述方案的改进,所述出料口的下方最好设有振动筛。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下特点: 
1、齿条的前侧面与齿条的上端面之间形成锐角,用相等动力,较小的剪切角度,来剪切物料,不仅能够有效提高沟辊的剪切力,使得块状的废旧橡胶被粉碎得更为细小;而且也能够提高沟辊的排渣能力,使得废旧橡胶粉末能够及时排出、为后续物料预留足够的破胶空间,在同等消耗电能的同时提高了生产能力; 
2、在出料口的下方设有振动筛来分离粗碎后的橡胶粉末,这样残留在振动筛筛网表面、粒度较大的橡胶粉末可返回至入料口进行再次粉碎;而透过振动筛筛网、粒度较小的橡胶粉末则可以作为进入下道废旧橡胶处理工序;从而有效提高粗碎装置的产量。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实用新型一种粗碎装置主要由机座1、电动机2、减速器、破胶辊3、入料口、以及出料口组成。其中破胶辊3设置在机座1上,并由作为主动的沟辊3-1和作为被动的光辊3-2组成。沟辊3-1和光辊3-2的轴线相平行,沟辊3-1和光辊3-2相互靠近。电动机2经过减速器与沟辊3-1的转轴相连,带动沟辊3-1旋转。入料口与一送料机构4相通,并位于破胶辊3的正上方;出料口则与一出料机构5相通,并位于破胶辊3的正下方。上述出料机构5包括皮带传送带5-1和振动筛5-2。其中皮带传送带5-1的一端位于出料口的正下方,另一端则位于振动筛5-2的正上方。振动筛5-2能够对粗碎后的颗粒粉末进行筛分,以提高粗碎装置的工作效率和产量。 
在本实用新型中,沟辊3-1的圆形表面上设有轴向延伸的齿条3-1-1,这些齿条3-1-1呈梯柱状,且在沟辊3-1的横向剖面上,齿条3-1-1的前侧面与齿条3-1-1的上端面之间的夹角α为锐角。上述齿条3-1-1的前侧面是指,在沟辊3-1旋转过程中,同一齿条3-1-1中处于转动方向前方的 那个侧面。在本实用新型中,齿条3-1-1的前侧面与齿条3-1-1的上端面之间的夹角介于70°~80°之间。参见图2。 
当齿条3-1-1的前侧面与齿条3-1-1的上端面之间的夹角α为锐角时,可以通过改变齿条3-1-1上端面的倾斜角度,使齿条3-1-1的前侧面与沟辊3-1的圆形表面之间的夹角β依然为直角。而在本实用新型优选实施例中,在不改变原有齿条3-1-1的上端面的倾斜角度,让齿条3-1-1的前侧面与齿条3-1-1的上端面之间的夹角α形成锐角,相应地齿条3-1-1的前侧面与沟辊3-1的圆形表面之间的夹角β为锐角,且齿条3-1-1的前侧面与沟辊3-1的圆形表面之间的夹角β与齿条3-1-1前端面与齿条3-1-1的上端面之间的夹角α相同。齿条3-1-1前端面与沟辊3-1的圆形表面和/或齿条3-1-1前端面与齿条3-1-1的上端面均形成锐角时,使得齿条3-1-1的前端面能够形成更为锋利的切削表面,这样能够有效增大破胶辊3的剪切力;此外也能够相应增大两齿条3-1-1之间的沟距离,使得破胶辊3的排渣能力加强。参见图2。 
由于本实用新型优选实施例不改变原有齿条3-1-1的上端面的倾斜角度,因此在本实用新型优选实施例中,所述齿条3-1-1的后侧面与齿条3-1-1的上端面之间的夹角γ、以及齿条3-1-1的后侧面与沟辊3-1的圆形表面之间的夹角δ均为直角。上述齿条3-1-1的后侧面是指,在沟辊3-1旋转过程中,同一齿条3-1-1中处于转动方向后方的那个侧面。

1.粗碎装置,包括机座(1)、电动机(2)、破胶辊(3)、入料口和出料口;其中破胶辊(3)设置在机座(1)上,并由主动的沟辊(3-1)和被动的光辊(3-2)组成;沟辊(3-1)和光辊(3-2)的轴线相平行,且沟辊(3-1)和光辊(3-2)相互靠近;电动机(2)经过减速器与沟辊(3-1)的转轴相连,带动沟辊(3-1)旋转;入料口位于破胶辊(3)的正上方,出料口则位于破胶辊(3)的正下方;其特征在于:所述的沟辊(3-1)的圆形表面上设有轴向延伸的齿条(3-1-1);这些齿条(3-1-1)呈梯柱状,且在沟辊(3-1)的横向剖面上,齿条(3-1-1)的前侧面与齿条(3-1-1)的上端面之间的夹角(α)为锐角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粗碎装置,其特征在于:齿条(3-1-1)的前侧面与齿条(3-1-1)的上端面之间的夹角介于70°~80°之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的粗碎装置,其特征在于:所述齿条(3-1-1)的前侧面与沟辊(3-1)的圆形表面之间的夹角(β)为锐角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的粗碎装置,其特征在于:所述齿条(3-1-1)的后侧面与齿条(3-1-1)的上端面之间的夹角(γ)、以及齿条(3-1-1)的后侧面与沟辊(3-1)的圆形表面之间的夹角(δ)均为直角。
5.根据权利要求1所述的粗碎装置,其特征在于:所述出料口的下方设有振动筛(5-2)。
