平面磨床是机械加工行业尤其是模具行业一种重要的加工机床，他的工作台面一般是磁性吸盘，工作台面是水平的。不过在加工中往往有很多零件因为没用有用的基准面而无法加工或者加工质量不稳定，这些零件中的很多都有一些重要的基准孔或与被加工面有重要位置关系的孔，如果能利用这些孔作为加工基准，那么就能解决很多这种零件的加工问题。

为解决上述现有技术方案的缺陷本实用新型提供了一种转台箱体磨加工夹具。 
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现： 
一种转台箱体磨加工夹具，包括底板、靠板、定位板、支撑条、紧定螺钉、垫块和夹紧螺栓，所述夹具底板安装在磨床的工作台面上,靠板通过紧钉螺栓固定在底板上，靠板的侧面装有支撑条，底板上通过紧钉螺栓还装有侧靠板，侧靠板上安装有侧定位板，下定位板安装在底板上，所述夹紧螺栓、螺母通过垫块夹紧整个工件。

本实用新型的有益效果是：工件固定在夹具体底座上，利用孔与端面的定位加紧后，保证加工面的水平，不但加工简单方便，而且保证了平面度和位置度要求，同时提高了加工效率，降低了劳动强度。

一种转台箱体磨加工夹具，包括底板1、靠板2、定位板3、支撑条6、紧定螺钉、垫块和夹紧螺栓，所述夹具底板1安装在磨床的工作台面上,靠板2通过紧钉螺栓9固定在底板1上，靠板2的侧面装有支撑条6，底板1上通过紧钉螺栓9还装有侧靠板3，侧靠板3上安装有侧定位板4，下定位板5安装在底板1上，所述夹紧螺栓8、螺母通过垫块7夹紧整个工件10。 
所述侧靠板3安装有两块侧定位板4，所述靠板2侧面装有两块支撑条6，所述底板1上装有两块下定位板5。

1.一种转台箱体磨加工夹具，包括底板、靠板、定位板、支撑条、紧定螺钉、垫块和夹紧螺栓，其特征是：所述夹具底板安装在磨床的工作台面上,靠板通过紧钉螺栓固定在底板上，靠板的侧面装有支撑条，底板上通过紧钉螺栓还装有侧靠板，侧靠板上安装有侧定位板，下定位板安装在底板上，所述夹紧螺栓、螺母通过垫块夹紧整个工件。
