Title: A Milling And Drilling Fixture For Porous Heterotypic Plates Abstract The invention relates to a fixture, in particular relates to a milling and drilling fixture for porous heterotypic plates. The fixture body is provided with multiple pressing boards arranged along the edge of the workpiece blank which needs no processing and multiple locating pins arranged along the edge of the workpiece blank which needs processing, the pressing boards are provided with long holes, said long holes are vertical to the edge of the workpiece blank adjacent to the pressing boards, said pressing boards are sliding connected with the fixture body via long holes and a fastener. The invention can process and mold the porous heterotypic plates at one time, so the milling and drilling efficiency is greatly enhanced, and problems such as large hole spacing error, low milling and drilling efficiency and so on in present porous heterotypic plates processing are solved.

Description A Milling And Drilling Fixture For Porous Heterotypic Plates Technical Field The invention relates to a fixture, in particular relates to a milling and drilling fixture for porous heterotypic plates used by cooperating the processing center. Technology Background In present technology, processing steps as follows are usually adopted if regular plates needs to be processed to porous heterotypic plates: firstly milling the shape of the regular plate to the needed shape, then drilling with the drill jig, at last boring the hole. Such a processing method needs multiple clamping, so the hole spacing among multiple holes on the plates is hardly to be ensured because of the clamping errors and wear of drill bushing and so on. And such a method cannot meet the high requirements of hole spacing process error, meanwhile the milling and drilling efficiency is reduced as the workpiece is clamped many times during the milling and drilling process. For example, A Drilling Fixture For Sheet Materials (Patent No.: CN012633003), a slot is provided between two cushion plates used for removing scraps, retracting and so on, adjusting area of the compaction device is quite large, and the fixture can be used in two ways: one is hold by hands for processing; the other one is clamp tightly on the drilling machine bench for processing. The steel plate can be carried out with drilling, chambering, reaming, tapping, counter boring, perforating and so on on the fixture. Invention Content The purpose of the invention is to provided a milling and drilling fixture for porous heterotypic plates which is used by cooperating the processing center, can process and mold porous heterotypic plates at one time, and enhances the milling and drilling efficiency, and the invention solves problems such as large hole spacing errors in present porous heterotypic plates processing, low milling and drilling efficiency and so on. Another purpose of the invention is to provide a milling and drilling fixture which can meet drill processing requirements of different workpieces with different distances between the hole center and the edge of the workpiece and is convenient for processing, and the invention solves the problem of present fixture which is inconvenient for processing holes close to the pressing boards. Above mentioned technical purposes of the invention are mainly solved through technical proposals as follows: comprising a fixture body, said fixture body is provided with multiple pressing boards arranged along the edge of the workpiece blank which needs no processing and multiple locating pins arranged along the edge of the workpiece blank which needs processing, the pressing boards are provided with long holes, said long holes are vertical to the edge of the workpiece blank adjacent to the pressing boards, said pressing boards are sliding connected with the fixture body via long holes and a fastener. When processing, one or multiple workpiece blanks 1 to be processed are placed on the fixture body, the fastener fastens the pressing boards to enable the pressing boards to press the workpiece tightly on the fixture body, then one or multiple workpieces on the fixture body are carried out with milling appearance, drilling, boring and so on gradually by adopting the processing center and controlling with procedures; during the whole milling and drilling process, the fixture needs no exchange so as to avoid errors caused by exchanging fixture, wear of drill bushing and so on, meet high processing requirements to porous hole spacing errors, and enhance the production efficiency for milling and drilling porous heterotypic plates as exchange of fixture is reduced. Wherein, the locating pins installed arranged along the edge of the workpiece which needs processing on the fixture body can enhance the location of the workpiece in horizontal direction and are particularly beneficial for milling the appearance of the workpiece. Preferably, bosses are installed on said fixture body corresponding to the positions of pressing boards, grooves matching with the widths of the pressing boards are installed on said bosses, the center line of said grooves is parallel to the length direction of the long holes on the pressing boards. Wherein, the bosses can locate the workpiece, and the pressing boards are sliding connected with the bosses via the long holes thereon, therefore the covering area of the pressing boards on the workpiece can be adjusted so as to meet processing requirements of different distances between the hole to be processed to the edge of the workpiece and bring convenience to processing. Preferably, the inner sides of said bosses are provided with vertical walls matching with the edge of the workpiece blank. Wherein, the vertical walls on the inner sides of the bosses are convenient for locating the workpiece in horizontal direction, therefore the utility model enables a more reliable location of the workpiece. Therefore, the invention has advantages that it can process and mold porous heterotypic plates at one time, enhance the milling and drilling efficiency greatly, can meet milling and drilling process requirements of different workpieces with different distances from the hole center to the edge of the workpiece, is convenient for processing and so on. Figure Description Figure 1 is a three-dimensional structure schematic diagram of the invention after clamping a workpiece; Figure 2 is a plane structure schematic diagram of the invention after clamping a workpiece; Figure 3 is a left view structure schematic diagram of Figure 2. Specific Implement Way The technical proposals of the invention are further described as follows through examples with combination of attached figures. Example 1: As shown in Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3, fixture body 1 is respectively provided with pressing boards 2 on two opposite side edges of a rectangular area, the positions where the pressing boards are installed are corresponding to the edge of the workpiece blank 31 which needs no processing, locating pins 6 are installed along the edge of the workpiece blank which needs processing, one edge of the rectangular area namely the outline of the workpiece blank is free, 2 neither pressing boards nor pins, the pressing boards 2 are installed with long holes 21, the long holes 21 are vertical to the edge of workpiece blank 31 adjacent to the pressing board 2, the fixture body 1 is provided with bosses 5 corresponding to the positions of pressing boards 2, grooves 51 matching with the width of pressing boards 2 are installed on bosses 5, the center line of grooves 51 is parallel to the length direction of the long holes 21 on the pressing boards, the inner sides of bosses 5 is provided with vertical walls 52 matching with the edge of the workpiece blank. The pressing boards 2 are located in grooves 51 of the bosses, the pressing boards 2 are sliding connected with bosses on the fixture body 1 via long holes 21 and fastener 4 composed of bolt and nut. When processing, three workpiece blanks 31 shown in Figure 1 are inserted from the free side of the rectangular area, the pressing boards are clamped tightly via bolts and nuts, the workpiece blanks are located in the direction vertical to the fixture body via the pressing boards, and the workpiece blanks are located in the horizontal direction via the pressing boards cooperated by the locating pins. Then one or more workpieces on the fixture are carried out with appearance milling, drilling, boring and so on by adopting the processing center controlling with procedures, the workpiece after processing is as workpiece 32 shown in Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3. 3
Claims (3)
1. A milling and drilling fixture for porous heterotypic plates, comprising a fixture body (1), wherein: said fixture body (1) is provided with multiple pressing boards (2) arranged along the edge of the workpiece blank which needs no processing and multiple locating pins (6) arranged along the edge of the workpiece blank which needs processing, the pressing boards (2) are provided with long holes (21), said long holes (21) are vertical to the edge of the workpiece blank adjacent to the pressing boards (2), said pressing boards (2) are sliding connected with the fixture body (1) via long holes (21) and a fastener (4).

The milling and drilling fixture for porous heterotypic plates according to claim 1, wherein bosses (5) are installed on said fixture body (1) corresponding to the positions of pressing boards (2), grooves (51) matching with the widths of the pressing boards (2) are installed on said bosses (5), the center line of said grooves (51) is parallel to the length direction of the long holes (21) on the pressing boards.
3. The milling and drilling fixture for porous heterotypic plates according to claim 2, wherein the inner sides of said bosses (5) are provided with vertical walls (52) matching with the edge of the workpiece blank. 4
