本实用新型的目的是提供能提高打磨效率的一种单晶或多晶硅料表面打磨装置。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是：一种单晶或多晶硅料表面打磨装置，其特征在于在移动平台的上部设有升降器，螺帽固定在升降器上，升降螺杆设在螺帽中，曲柄螺杆通过组合齿轮与升降螺杆相啮接，在升降器上设有转轴，若干刀片并列设在转轴上，在若干刀片的上部设有喷水管。
采用本实用新型，可以直接将待打磨的单晶或多晶硅料送入移动平台，通过若干并列的刀片对硬度很高的单晶或多晶硅料表面进行打磨，既快捷又方便，能提高打磨效率，降低生产成本。

具体实施方式

参照图1，该单晶或多晶硅料表面打磨装置的移动平台9（可上对于图中的升降器1作前后移动）的上部设有升降器1，螺帽3固定在升降器1上，升降螺杆2设在螺帽3中，曲柄螺杆5通过组合齿轮4与升降螺杆2相啮接，在升降器1上设有转轴11，若干刀片7并列设在转轴11上，在若干刀片7的上部设有喷水管6。
使用时，将将待打磨的单晶或多晶的硅料8通过移动平台9送入升降器1下部，启动电机10，转轴11带动若干刀片7转动，转动曲柄螺杆5通过升降螺杆2降下升降器1，干刀片7与硅料8的表面紧贴，对单晶或多晶的硅料8表面进行磨切，同时喷水管6喷水对刀片7进行冷却，这样，就能对硬度很高的单晶或多晶的硅料8表面进行打磨，既快捷又方便，能提高打磨效率，降低生产成本。
