技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电容器,尤其是涉及一种高可靠性CYHM6-1卡子型云母电容器。
背景技术
现有的云母电容器均设置有两个蓄电极板,蓄电极板间隔装有多层云母片,并且将导线焊连在蓄电极板后成为接线端,同时整个电容器外表面通过绝缘材料包裹后,再均匀浸涂一层绝缘层成型。然而现有的电容器存在结构复杂、体积大、制造工艺繁琐且存在间隙、介质损失较大、性能指标低等缺陷和不足。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种高可靠性CYHM6-1卡子型云母电容器,其结构简单紧凑、耐电压高、电容量大、加工制造工艺简单且性能稳定、可靠性高、介质损失小,能有效解决现有电容器结构复杂、体积大、制造工艺繁琐且存在间隙、介质损失较大、性能指标低等缺陷和不足。
为此,本实用新型提供了一种高可靠性CYHM6-1卡子型云母电容器,包括电容器内芯组、蓄电极板和镀银紫铜线,电容器内芯组由被银云母片和云母护片组成,多层被银云母片平行叠放,构成被银云母片叠放层,两层云母护片平行叠放在被银云母片叠放层的外侧,电容器内芯组的左右两端均插接有铜箔,铜箔呈凹槽状,每个铜箔与电容器内芯组的相邻两层相配合,相邻两个铜箔紧密连接,电容器内芯组的左右两设置的凹槽状铜箔错开插接,将电容器内芯组连接成一个整体;
电容器内芯组和铜箔构成长方体电容器芯组,电容器内芯组和铜箔紧密排列,蓄电极板呈凹槽状与长方体电容器芯组的左右两端头相配合,镀银紫铜线焊接在蓄电极板上。
上述长方体电容器芯组及蓄电极板灌封于封装外壳内,该封装外壳为尼龙材质。
上述蓄电极板的材质为镀银铜卡。
本实用新型提供的一种高可靠性CYHM6-1卡子型云母电容器,结构简单紧凑、耐电压高、电容量大、加工制造工艺简单且性能稳定、可靠性高、介质损失小,能有效解决现有电容器结构复杂、体积大、制造工艺繁琐且存在间隙、介质损失较大、性能指标低等缺陷和不足。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
本实施例提供了一种图2和图3所示的高可靠性CYHM6-1卡子型云母电容器,包括电容器内芯组、蓄电极板4和镀银紫铜线5,电容器内芯组由被银云母片3和云母护片1组成,多层被银云母片3平行叠放,构成被银云母片叠放层,所述两层云母护片1平行叠放在被银云母片叠放层的外侧,电容器内芯组的左右两端均插接有铜箔2,铜箔2呈凹槽状,每个铜箔2与电容器内芯组的相邻两层相配合,相邻两个铜箔2紧密连接,电容器内芯组的左右两设置的凹槽状铜箔2错开插接,将电容器内芯组连接成一个整体;
电容器内芯组和铜箔2构成长方体电容器芯组,电容器内芯组和铜箔2紧密排列,蓄电极板4呈凹槽状与长方体电容器芯组的左右两端头相配合,再将切制好的镀银紫铜线5焊接在蓄电极板4上。
实施例2:
进一步,将长方体电容器芯组及蓄电极板4灌封于封装外壳6内,该封装外壳6为尼龙材质;蓄电极板4的材质为镀银铜卡。
本实用新型的加工制作过程是:首先在一整片云母介质上印刷电极且经烘干后,对设有印刷电极的云母介质进行烧结;之后,对烧结后的云母介质进行切片,获得带有银质内电极的被银云母片3;随后,将铜箔2、云母护片1和带有银质内电极的被银云母片3紧密组装在一起,构成长方体电容器芯组,长方体电容器芯组制备完成后,将凹槽状蓄电极板4配合连接在长方体电容器芯组的左右两端头,再将两条镀银紫铜线5分别焊接在两个蓄电极板4外侧的相对位置;最后,将上述焊接好镀银紫铜线5的蓄电极板4及长方体电容器芯组灌封于一种兰色尼龙材质的封装外壳6内。

1.一种高可靠性CYHM6-1卡子型云母电容器,包括电容器内芯组、蓄电极板(4)和镀银紫铜线(5),其特征在于:所述电容器内芯组由被银云母片(3)和云母护片(1)组成,多层被银云母片(3)平行叠放,构成被银云母片叠放层,两层云母护片(1)平行叠放在被银云母片叠放层的外侧,所述电容器内芯组的左右两端均插接有铜箔(2),所述铜箔(2)呈凹槽状,每个铜箔(2)与电容器内芯组的相邻两层相配合,相邻两个铜箔(2)紧密连接,电容器内芯组的左右两设置的凹槽状铜箔(2)错开插接,将电容器内芯组连接成一个整体;
所述电容器内芯组和铜箔(2)构成长方体电容器芯组,所述蓄电极板(4)呈凹槽状与长方体电容器芯组的左右两端头相配合,所述镀银紫铜线(5)焊接在蓄电极板(4)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高可靠性CYHM6-1卡子型云母电容器,其特征在于:所述长方体电容器芯组及蓄电极板(4)的外围设置有封装外壳(6),该封装外壳(6)为尼龙材质。
