背景技术
现有技术的多级泵,流量发生改变时,即泵在大流量或小流量下工作时,叶轮和蜗壳不能协调一致,在叶轮周围液体流动速度和压力分布的不均匀,形成了作用在叶轮的径向力。
为了平衡径向力,通常采用在末级叶轮与出水端之间设置末级导叶,两侧的末级导叶按180°对称布置的方法,这种结构虽然解决了径向力的平衡问题,但是两侧的末级导叶之间的180度难以保证,增加了调整的工作量;为确保两侧的末级导叶同心对中,当末级导叶因磨损而需要更换时,需按180度对称更换,增加了维护成本。

    本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种多级泵出水端径向力自平衡结构,包括螺旋形蜗壳A、螺旋形蜗壳B,螺旋形蜗壳A和螺旋形蜗壳B设置在出水端内,其特征在于:所述的螺旋形蜗壳A和螺旋形蜗壳B与出水端的中心线对称且互成180度布置。
