[0002] 现有汽车空调压缩机大多采用斜杆式空调压缩机,斜杆活塞为斜杆式空调压缩机的核心部件,其两端为圆柱体形状,中部具有开口,在开口的二侧设有球窝。目前加工所需的斜杆活塞多采用半封闭式模具压合而成,其上下模具在压合过程中由于溢料太多,斜杆活塞毛坯中间开口处易出现飞边,造成材料的浪费;相应的二圆柱体端则易出现缺料,填充较差,增加废品率,造成了较大浪费,增加了生产成本。
