本实用新型涉及一种传感器,尤其涉及一种热流传感器。
背景技术
热流传感器是测量热传递(热流密度或热通量)的基本工具,是构成热流计的最关键器件。热流传感器的性能和用途决定了热流计的性能和用途。其中热流传感器中热电偶丝与内芯的焊接由于接触面太小不易焊接成为制备热流传感器的一大难点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型设计了一种热流传感器,能够有效的解决热电偶丝与内芯的焊接问题,其结构包括:
内壳,所述内壳的形状为倒T型;
外壳,所述外壳套装至内壳上,与内壳形成内空间,内空间填满隔热涂料;
散热块,所述散热块与内壳倒T型的底部焊接在一起;
康铜丝和纯铜丝,所述康铜丝和纯铜丝分别固定在内壳的相应位置上,其相应位置处设一小槽,拧紧后再上绝缘漆,丝线不能与内外壁相碰,内部每根丝线单独套上热缩管(长约50mm);
调节螺母和橡胶O型密封圈,所述调节螺母套装至外壳的相应位置,所述橡胶O型密封圈套装至外壳的相应位置,且位于调节螺母上部。
优选的是,所述内壳与外壳接触面上填有环氧树脂胶,将两者粘牢固。
优选的是,所述康铜丝和纯铜丝分别至少有两根。
优选的是,所述的康铜丝和纯铜丝的长度均为1.2米。
优选的是,所述的散热块与内壳的焊接方式为铜/银焊。
本实用新型为了解决热电偶丝与内芯焊接问题,对内芯进行改进,在原焊接热电偶丝的位置设一小小的环形槽,将热电偶丝剥去绝缘层,绕在环形槽内,拧紧,剪去多余的部分。有效的解决了热流传感器中热电偶丝与内芯的焊接不易的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
如图1和图2所示,一种热流传感器,包括内壳1,所述内壳1的形状为倒T型;外壳2,所述外壳2套装至内壳1上,与内壳形成内空间,内空间填满隔热涂料6;散热块3,所述散热块3与内壳1倒T型的底部焊接在一起;纯铜丝7和康铜丝8,且有2根康铜丝7和2根纯铜丝8分别固定在内壳的相应位置上,其相应位置处设一小槽,拧紧后再上绝缘漆,丝线不能与内外壁相碰,内部每根丝线单独套上热缩管(长约50mm);调节螺母4和橡胶O型密封圈5,所述调节螺母4套装至外壳2的相应位置,所述橡胶O型密封圈5套装至外壳2的相应位置,且位于调节螺母4上部。

1.一种热流传感器,其结构包括: 
内壳,所述内壳的形状为倒T型; 
外壳,所述外壳套装至内壳上,与内壳形成内空间,内空间填满隔热涂料; 
散热块,所述散热块与内壳倒T型的底部焊接在一起; 
康铜丝和纯铜丝,所述康铜丝和纯铜丝分别固定在内壳的相应位置上,其相应位置处设一小槽,拧紧后再上绝缘漆,丝线不能与内外壁相碰,内部每根丝线单独套上热缩管,所述热缩管长为50mm; 
调节螺母和橡胶O型密封圈,所述调节螺母套装至外壳的相应位置,所述橡胶O型密封圈套装至外壳的相应位置,且位于调节螺母上部。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的热流传感器,其特征在于,所述内壳与外壳接触面上填有环氧树脂胶,将两者粘牢固。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的热流传感器,其特征在于,所述康铜丝和纯铜丝分别至少有两根。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的热流传感器,其特征在于,所述的康铜丝和纯铜丝的长度均为1.2米。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的热流传感器,其特征在于,所述的散热块与内壳的焊接方式为铜/银焊。
