背景技术
[0002] 近十年来,由于能源紧张,随着节能工作进一步开展。各种新型,节能先进炉型日趋完善,且采用新型耐火纤维等优质保温材料后使得热损失明显下降。采用先进的燃烧装置强化了燃烧,降低了不完全燃烧量,空燃比也趋于合理。然而,降低排烟热损失和回收烟气余热的技术仍进展不快,为了进一步提高热效率,达到节能降耗的目的,回收烟气余热也是一项重要的节能途径。
[0003] 烟气是一般耗能设备浪费能量的主要途径,比如家用燃气采暖热水炉排烟耗能大约在11%,主要耗能都是通过烟气排放。烟气余热回收主要是通过某种换热方式将烟气携带的热量转换成可以利用的热量。
[0004] 现有家用燃气采暖热水炉余热换热器大多数结构及材料为:
[0005] (I)紫铜制换热器,铜管加翅片钎焊而成,表面做防腐处理,这种结构工艺在冷凝水结露点左右之间长时间工作,表面防腐处理脱落造成弱酸性冷凝水对紫铜管及翅片的腐蚀,铜被冷凝水腐蚀后表面会产生反应物,首先慢慢增大风阻,这样造成燃烧空燃比失调,燃烧不充分,冷凝水中的酸性增加,加速对翅片管及翅片的腐蚀,最终翅片管腐蚀漏水,换热器损坏,缺点成本高,耐腐性差,故障率高。
[0006] (2)不锈钢波纹管换热器,换热效率差,同等换热量下要求的换热面比铜铝换热器大,不锈钢波纹管水道部分的水阻大,当流量达到一定使用范围时,由于波纹管结构原因水流不断被强制震荡,在运行时会产生水流噪音,缺点换热效率低,运行时,不定时会产生噪音,水阻大,故障率高。
发明内容
[0007]为克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种利用烟气余热进行热量回收的装置。本实用新型的技术方案是:一种利用烟气余热进行热量回收的装置,包括壳体和换热机构,所述的换热机构安装在壳体内,所述壳体的侧面和上端分别安装有烟气进气口和排烟口,所述的换热机构包括翅片管、端盖和挡板,所述的翅片管的前端和后端分别安装有端盖和挡板,所述的端盖设置在挡板的外侧,并与挡板之间形成腔体,所述的翅片管为数根,相互之间平行设置,并与腔体相通;所述的壳体的底部设置有冷凝水出口。
[0008] 前端的端盖与挡板之间的上部形成冷水腔,与该冷水腔对应的端盖上设置有进水口 ;下部形成热水腔,与该热水腔对应的端盖上设置有热水出水口 ;所述的冷水腔与热水腔通过阻流板分隔开;后端的端盖与挡板之间形成温水腔,在进水口和热水出水口处安装有接头。

[0013] 本实用新型的优点是:换热机构的材料采用铝板、铝管钎焊、阳极处理,耐腐蚀,进水管的材料采用硅铝,高温区能耐燃气腐蚀,水阻小流动性好,使水紊流,强制换热,降低燃烧噪音;翅片管材料为硅铝,耐酸腐蚀,微间隙换热,传热过程中翅片对促进流体的湍动,翅片强化传热,风阻小,破坏热边界层充分吸收热源;翅片管上的翅片是由厚壁铝管动态旋压一体成型的,热传导性好,材料一致性强,耐腐性好,成本低。

[0026] 本实用新型的工作原理是:⑴将夹带热量的烟气排入壳体I内,在壳体I内折弯流动以后,经过排烟口 12排出;图5中箭头方向表示烟气的流动方向;(2)壳体I内安装有翅片管3,外部的冷水经过进水口 8进入壳体I内的冷水腔26,然后通过上部的翅片管3进入温水腔9内,然后折弯进入下部的翅片管3内,下部的翅片管3吸收壳体内的热量,使得温水变热,流入热水腔27,经热水出水口 13排出;(3)烟气产生的冷凝水经过壳体I底部的冷凝水出口 14排出。

1.一种利用烟气余热进行热量回收的装置,其特征在于:包括壳体和换热机构,所述的换热机构安装在壳体内,所述壳体的侧面和上端分别安装有烟气进气口和排烟口,所述的换热机构包括翅片管、端盖和挡板,所述的翅片管的前端和后端分别安装有端盖和挡板,所述的端盖设置在挡板的外侧,并与挡板之间形成腔体,所述的翅片管为数根,相互之间平行设置,并与腔体相通;所述的壳体的底部设置有冷凝水出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:前端的端盖与挡板之间的上部形成冷水腔,与该冷水腔对应的端盖上设置有进水口 ;下部形成热水腔,与该热水腔对应的端盖上设置有热水出水口 ;所述的冷水腔与热水腔通过阻流板分隔开;后端的端盖与挡板之间形成温水腔,在进水口和热水出水口处安装有接头。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于:所述的阻流板的两端分别采用铝钎焊的工艺与端盖和挡板连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于:所述的端盖与挡板之间、接头与前端的端盖之间采用铝钎焊的工艺连接。
5.根据权利要求2-4任意一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于:所述的壳体与换热机构之间采用螺栓连接,在连接处安装有硅胶垫。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于:所述的翅片管上的翅片是由厚壁铝管动态旋压一体成型。
