Abstract
一种整体式冷凝锅炉,属热能工程技术领域。常规燃油燃气锅炉热效率普遍在90%左右,排烟温度在220-180℃。常规燃油燃气锅炉热效率低的主要原因是排烟中的显热和潜热损失大。本实用新型的目的就是在常规燃油燃气锅炉的尾部加装显热换热器和潜热换热器。显热换热器和潜热换热器安装在由外部保温层包围的箱体内,中间用隔墙将两个换热器分开,构成整体式冷凝锅炉。两个换热器的水侧是相通的。水由潜热换热器下部进入上部流出,接着进入显热换热器上部后由下部流出。常规燃油燃气锅炉烟气流向与水流相反,形成逆向换热。最终可提高锅炉热效率8%以上,使排烟中有害物质减少50%以上。整体式冷凝锅炉可广泛应用于各个行业,提供生产和生活用蒸汽、热水。

本实用新型涉及热能工程技术领域,具体涉及燃油燃气锅炉。
背景技术
近几年来,随着国家环保及能源政策的调整,许多城市都在推行燃油燃气锅炉。燃油燃气锅炉虽然清洁、环保,但运行费用较高,一直是困扰用户的最大问题。目前我国锅炉市场上的常规燃油燃气锅炉热效率普遍偏低,约在90%左右,其原因主要是因为排烟显热损失大,潜热未得到利用。
中国实用新型专利ZL200320121674.4公开了一种烟气冷凝余热回收装置。该装置用于燃油燃气锅炉尾部烟气余热的冷凝回收。但这种装置占地面积大,使新建锅炉房土建投资加大。采用分体型式增加了与锅炉之间的连接烟道,加大了散热损失。
中国专利公开号1380524公开了“高原型高效环保整体冷凝式燃气锅炉的设计方法”。该设计方法所涉及的锅炉仅适用于高原燃气锅炉,应用具有很大的局限性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能显著降低锅炉排烟温度、使烟气中水蒸汽大量冷凝、高效回收排烟中的显热及排烟中水蒸汽的潜热、减少排烟中有害物质、使热效率大幅提高、整体结构紧凑、体积小的整体式冷凝锅炉。
下面结合附图描述本实用新型附图说明图中:1、燃烧机。2、常规燃油燃气锅炉。3、显热换热器。4、换热器外罩及保温层。5、潜热换热器。6、冷水进口。7、热水出口。8、排烟口。9、冷凝水排放口。
如图所示,1、2为常规燃油燃气锅炉。燃烧后的烟气(温度在220-180℃)按箭头所指方向进入显热换热器3,降温后进入潜热换热器5,经潜热换热器进一步降温、冷凝后,经排烟口8排出(最终排烟温度为40-50℃)。显热换热器与潜热换热器内形成的冷凝水经冷凝水排放口9排出。冷却水由冷水进口6进入潜热换热器,经加热后进入显热换热器,进一步加热后由热水出口7送出。经加热后的热水可作为锅炉补水、生产工艺用热水及生活用热水。
具体实施方式
将常规燃油燃气锅炉的后部烟箱去掉,按附图将显热换热器及潜热换热器依次装好,将换热器外罩及保温层做好,与常规燃油燃气锅炉的尾部连接形成一个整体。接好冷水进口、热水出口及冷凝水排放口,按附图安装好排烟口。这样就构成了一种整体式冷凝锅炉。
显热换热器及潜热换热器采用了翅片管,使烟气侧换热得到强化。翅片管采用了铝、不锈钢材料。换热器罩内壁及常规燃油燃气锅炉后管板等碳钢制造的部位均采用了特种防腐耐高温涂料防护,使整机抗腐蚀性及寿命提高。本实用新型的烟气流向与冷却水流向采用了逆流布置,使换热效率进一步提高。烟气进入显热换热器是由下向上,进入潜热换热器是由上向下,这样使烟气冲刷翅片管上形成的冷凝水,利于冷凝水的排出,从而提高潜热换热器翅片管的换热效率。
采用本实用新型所述的结构及方式制成的燃油燃气锅炉,热效率可比常规燃油燃气锅炉提高8%以上,排烟中的有害物质可减少50%以上。烟气中排出的冷凝水PH值为6左右,中和处理后可作为中水加以利用。具有极大的经济效益和社会效益。

1.一种整体式冷凝锅炉,其特征是在常规燃油燃气锅炉尾部加装由翅片管构成的显热换热器和潜热换热器,显热换热器和潜热换热器为排管式结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种整体式冷凝锅炉,其特征在于:显热换热器、潜热换热器与常规燃油燃气锅炉在结构上为一个整体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种整体式冷凝锅炉,其特征在于:显热换热器、潜热换热器内置于常规燃油燃气锅炉的尾部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种整体式冷凝锅炉,其特征在于:显热换热器与潜热换热器采用了翅片管,翅片管为铝或不锈钢制做。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种整体式冷凝锅炉,其特征在于:两个换热器的水侧是相通的,水由潜热换热器下部进入上部流出,接着进入显热换热器上部后由下部流出,与烟气流向相反,形成逆向换热。
